List of Henry Cusnir's Reviews
Dr Cusnir was great in the office. Had my Cardiac Catheter procedure yesterday at Westside regional. 9/20 with Dr Cusnir. Dr Cusnir was late, I was on the table waiting with the rest of the crew. He never came to see if I was ok in Recovery and also why he changed my Blood Pressure Medicine without talking to me. I called his office the same day I got home and after 30 minutes, a young man answered and said the Dr would call me back. He did not. Next day I waited 35 minutes on hold before I finally hung up. I did take the “new” BP medicine and my BP was high. Took it again later, even higher. I called again, waited over 30 minutes and actually drove to his office while still “your call is important to us” played. Stood at the front desk while it still played 50 minutes later. The young man behind the desk said the Dr said to just “double the dose”, I said no, I need to speak to the Doctor. After another wait, the Office Manager said Dr Cusnir knew about my BP and said he would call me back. He never did. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for a call. Dr Cusnir did call me back days later and let me know that he only goes to see a patient in recovery if asked when they are in there where as I’ve always had the Dr check on me and let me know how it went and what they had found. I have a follow up and will see how it turns out. He is really a great Doctor, just not like I’m use to and needs a better answering system for patient’s to communicate.
We Love Dr Cusnir however we need a new number to call the office as the wait time on the phone is excessive 35 mins today so far and all we need is a refill. The pharmacy stated that they do not even have a back line to reach this office , or email, or fax number .
This is a busy office but you would never know it based on the individual patient attention provided by his staff and by Dr. Cusnir himself. Mine was an emergency situation at the hospital and I feel I could not be in better hands. His knowledge and bedside manner puts you at ease. His office manager, Elizabeth Ortiz really took care of getting me an immediate visit and her professionalism is reflected throughout her staff.
Dr Cusnir saved my life I sold my business, and retire @ 63 because of the cardiologist of 15years Mistake, each day i got weaker and sicker until Dr Cusnir . then with one pill I started getting better and stronger each day thank you
My brother was examined in the office doctor couldn't find why he was short of breath. After poking fun about my brother's mental illness we left I took him home as soon as he stepped out of the car he fell all over the place cracked his neck I called 911 right away and I wanted him taken to another hospital where he passed away. Thank you Dr Cusnir for letting my brother die in the hospital I was suppose to go in for a procedure with Cusnir I wouldn't let him touch me with a 10 foot pole or not even let him touch my dog. Good work. Don't believe all his reviews
Awful lack of professionalism. First, try calling there. Phone rang for 63 min while I held on , to get my 93 year old dad an appointment. Then today at the office visit , my dad apparently signed at the wrong place on the book , so what did they do ? They canceled and sent him home. Forget this MD and his awful staff. They should leave the medical field. They have no compassion just because my dad is aged. Unacceptable !
EVERYONE is amazing !!! Dr Cusnir saved my life 13 years ago and has been caring for me ever since !!
Dr Cusnir from the Heart and Health Institute is a wonderful caring Doctor with a calming disposition and funny bedside manner. He appears to be a great diagnostician and not an alarmist. I feel I am in great hands with my cardiac issues and I have a close friend still alive because of his great work. Thank you Dr Cusnir.
Dr. Cusnir is a wonderful, thorough physician. He began caring for my mother during a stressful emergency need for geriatric, oncological cardiac care- a veritable trifecta. He was everything you could wish for. He advocated for my mom and provided the most effective and comprehensive care I have ever witnessed. His partners are also phenomenal.
Best office ever! The staff and most of all Dr Cusnir is Awesome 😊

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
