If you have a brief concern or request more information during your annual visit, they will bill you extra, not inform you of this, not gain consent to the fee, then lie that it took "10 minutes discussing other concerns" so they can justify upcharging the free visit into $47. What about the other 5 minutes of small talk, are you going to bill for that too? They just lost a 5-year patient, and I didn't even get my questions answered.

Dr. Talavera is the best. I loved her bedside manner. She is knowledgeable, professional and knows how to put her patients to ease. She is attentive and always open to addressing any concerns. Also, the icing on the cake is her sense of humor LOL.

Tried to make my first appointment. Called probably 6 times only to be put on hold or get an answering machinej. Sent appointment message through their online system. No response and no phone call. Shouldn't be this difficult to make an appointment.
