I have had the best experience with Ideal Image. I love the treatments I have received with them so far and will surely get others in the near future. This location is highly recommended. And the providers are amazing.

Whenever I come in, I am greeted with a smile. The check in process is quick. As far as the laser treatment, I have a low pain tolerance but the NP takes her time to give me mini “time outs” which I appreciate lol. And have also prescribe numbing cream to help me endure the treatment. And the results have been amazing. I haven’t had to shave my upper lip, chin and upper neck area since starting the treatments.

Ideal image in plantation never fails to leave me satisfied. The staff is so friendly from the front desk to the technicians. I’m so happy to be doing my hair removal journey with them. Love this place!

The sales consultant I dealt with was either clueless of her job or was only about the money, I asked for something for my smile lines and she set me up to get fillers in my cheeks which I didn’t need and by me not knowing any better and assuming I was dealing with experts I put my trust in their hands and now I’m out of 2k with ugly disfigured cheekbones I am beyond disappointed.
