I can't recommend Dr Asghar enough! I went to him expecting to need a fusion, but he recommended a minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery. It's been a month and I feel, and am doing great. The entire staff was very pleasant and on point. Pro tip: use their Clean Greens Protein, it tastes so much better than the alternatives!

Dr ASHGAR is the best spinal doctor for adults and kids. He saved my daughter life by correctly diagnosing her with klippel fiel syndrome and perform surgery to allow her to reduce pain.

My son was referred to Dr Ashgar last year for back surgery and did great with minimally invasive disc surgery and is pain free. I knew when I started with similar issues I needed an appointment with him. Fortunately, my condition has been improving without surgery but I feel comfortable that he is monitoring my condition. I highly recommend him if you need minimally invasive surgery or just his professional opinion

Dr Asghar recently performed c-spine surgery on me and it was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with regard to the numerous spinal surgeries I’ve had. Posting on behalf of my aunt, Marta "Ellie" Montoya. Dr. Jhon Asghar along with his medical and office staff are nothing short of amazing. Prior to my surgery, I had 2 rods going down my spine from an accident 30+ years ago. One of the bars was severely damaged and had loose wires between the vertebrae, puncturing many nerves, causing me agonizing pain. Before meeting Dr. Asghar, I consulted with multiple neurosurgeons whom all refused to take my case due to the complicated nature and fear of touching my spine. Dr. Asghar heard me out, took my case, and did a complete removal of the old rods and cables. He performed a TLIF (transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion) and Spinal Fusion from T10 to L1 a month ago and everything is going perfectly. I am so appreciative of Dr. Asghar and his staff, thank you so much!!! I highly recommend him.

It’s been 1 year since I had my 4 hour Lumbar Fusion under the excellent care of Dr Asghar.I am glad he was the surgeon that operated on my spine. I am walking a brisk 1 mile every morning and the back is still getting better every day. I really didn’t want to have extensive back surgery, but after seeing several back surgeons, I knew he was the one that could help me. My back was getting more painful day by day and I finally decided that I would go through with the Procedure. The nurses at Holy Cross were very caring and helped me through a tough recovery. Now I can go back to the activities that I was enjoying before my degenerating discs put an end to those activities. Thank you Dr Asghar and your excellent team for giving me back a Healthy Back.

My thanks to what Dr. Asghar and his team have done to give me my life back extend far beyond what any words can express. I had extreme back pain for 3 years, went to numerous doctor, but no one could provide me with answers even after multiple MRI’s. When I heard about Dr. Asghar, I immediately scheduled an appointment. After he looked at my MRI during my first appointment, he immediately diagnosed my problem and proposed a plan of action leading to a much-needed spinal surgery. I had had a previous spinal stenosis surgery elsewhere leaving my spine unstable now requiring Dr. Asghar to fuse 3 vertebrae plus decompressing another area of stenosis. Dr Asghar definitely stands in the forefront with his amazing cutting-edge spinal procedures including, but not limited to, 3D printing of the cage parts to exactly fit my spine; having an amazing team to assist him before, during, and after surgery to ensure the perfection of the surgery; and prescribing a spinal stimulator device to aid in spinal bone healing and recovery. I was up and walking in a day or two. Its now been one month and I’m pain free and feeling myself again, which I never thought possible. En el 2017 el Dr. Asghar operó a mi hija de 12 años, de una escoliosis ideopatica severa. Fue excelente el resultado y todas sus atenciones. At age 79 I developed a condition called Flat Back. this condition causes your spine to bend forward from the waist, making it almost impossible to walk..I visited other top surgeons, who with all their skills, refused to attempt Flat Back surgery on me. Finally, through another surgeon's recommendation, I was directed to Dr. Asghar.After a 10 hour surgery of realigning my spine and installing rods and screws from my neck to my tailbone, I am perfectly straight again. Two days later I was up and walking with amazingly little pain. I liken Dr. Asghar's skills to a miracle and without him I would be an invalid in a wheelchair.I am so thankful for finding this outstanding surgeon and very special human being.
