I wish I was able to break up the doctor from the office staff, I have never met the doctor but have heard great things. My problem with this office is the staff, I made an appt about a month ago for the Ft Lauderdale office the woman on the phone acted like I was doing them a favor making the appointment. After the appt was made I got a call on Monday telling me that the doctor is not in the office that day and I needed to come to plantation office I said that was not convenient for me and I felt it was pretty rude that an appt that was made a month ago gets changed and the guy that told me about the office change told me it was a 6 mile difference and to get over it. I asked for the office manager Jill to call me and its now 4 days later and no call from Jill and When I call the office (35 times now) no one answers the phone....

I loved my experience with Dr. Lechtenstein. Very personable- quick and efficient. I definitely recommend. No issues with his staff. I noticed a previous review about someone having wear a mask during a stress test-- they didn't make me do that.

My personal experience with Dr. Lichtenstein was professional and productive but some of the staff are idiots. On my last visit, I had to do a stress test and the "nurse" insisted that I MUST wear a mask while I was going to be the treadmill for 45 minutes! She insisted "it was the law" - what a fool. I insisted on a refund of my $50.00 copay and left the office. I will not return and will find a more accommodating and reasonable health care provider.

Very knowlegable Doctor with a very positive and welcoming personality. He takes time to listen to his patients and has excellent communication skills. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient of Dr Lechtenstein for a few years now. I was fortunate that Dr L was available when I was admitted to the hospital as an emergency patient. Doc is very personable and has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I may have. Everyone I have met in his office are extremely nice and helpful when I try to coordinate appointments with my primary doctor who is in the same building. I highly recommend Dr. Lechtenstein!!

Great Doc. Dr. Lechtenstein However, they need more office staff and a more managed and professional presence. The staff always appears over whelmed and it does effect patient interactions. I applaud this staff because the 3 of them that I could see each visit were wonderfully effective but required to multitask to a significant degree which leaves little time for in-person patient interaction. This is a Cardiology office not a dental office. These patients require re-assurance and a greater degree of humanity. Again, these are hardworking people and Dr. Lechtenstein is an excellent and seemingly very caring physician. The practice however, just leaves you with a bit of a hurried and perfunctory feeling which shouldn't be the case in a cardiology practice. I would recommend reduction in patient population or additional highly trained staff. Perhaps a RN manager or a seasoned and present practice manager?

Had a good experience with Dr Lechtenstein. However, the office staff is only friendly until there's a problem. Then it's all push back and surliness. Once, they forgot to take the equipment to an appointment in one office and told me i had to drive out to their different one myself to get it. On another visit i was only seeing a nurse and my copay is lower for that than when seeing a doctor but the discussion went nowhere. Today, I called them about an incorrect billing, again charging for a doctor visit when i saw an assistant or nurse. There was no answer so I left a message explaining the issue. They've since sent an email and a text telling me my bill is due, and a recorded message telling me they sent me a secure online message, a message telling me to pay.

Would highly recommend Dr.Lechtenstein to my family and friends! He was very patient, professional, and friendly as well as his staff. He answered all my questions without rushing, and seemed genuinely interested in my health. Definitely my new go-to cardiologist

Dr. L saved my husband's life from a double Afib after been in the hospital and they didn't found "nothing wrong". Now, he's treating me and I trust him with close eyes!!! Thanks a lot Dr. L!!!!
