Dr Adler and is staff were great all of the staff went out of their way to welcome us. Dr Adler explained everything to us so we could make an informed decision.

The Dr. is very personable and friendly. However the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I have been calling for 2 days now to have them verify my procedure which is to happen in the next 2 days. Everyone I speak to puts me on hold for over 30 mins on end and do not return to the phone. I call and leave messages and they do not return my call. The office is closed from 12 noon to 2 pm and then when I call back at 3 pm it says the office is closed for the day. Had I known that this is the kind of treatment I would be getting from the office staff I would not have gone there. Very terrible and solely because of the staff I would not recommend this Dr. or office.

Was seen at the scheduled time. Less then 7minutes wait. Efficiently moved from room to room. The Dr took enough time to listen and to explain whatever I asked him.

I felt seen. I felt cared for. And I felt well received by everyone. For a Gastro doctor, he really expressed his heart surrounding the difficult times that we are living in. He was incredibly empathetic on a humanistic level.

Dr. Adler is an amazing doctor! He is not only very thorough and competent, but he fully explains the procedure and answers all of your questions. Dr. Adler also makes you feel at ease with his confident yet humble approach. His staff is equally amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Adler and his team.

Great doctor and staff. Doctor Adler took his time evaluating me and answered all my questions. He even calls you personally to deliver and explain test results. He truly cares for his patients well being. I highly recommend him.
