I have been a patient of Dr. Jay Cohen for 20 years. I have never used another OBGYN. For yearly exams-his knowledge is reliable and guidance on birth control options are great. His office staff is kind and caring. If I ever have an issue, I can call and get care and help pretty quickly. Dr. Cohen has delivered two of my children. I would never want another doctor to deliver my babies! He listened to my concerns and wishes and helped when I needed guidance on what to do. There is a reason why Dr. Cohen has become so popular and well-known. He is one of the best OBGYN doctors around. He is personable, professional and really knows his area of expertise. I look forward to every visit and interaction with this office and with Dr. Cohen himself. The hospital they are affiliated with (HCA) is also top notch. I was sent there when I was ill last month and was well cared for.

One of, if not the, best doctor I've been to. Dr. Cohen takes time to know and understand his patients and their needs. I felt heard for the first time. He is extremely knowledgeable in gynecology and keeps up to date with the best and new practices along with medications. He has been extremely helpful in my overall health goals.

I started seeing Dr. Cohen after a horrible experience with another OB/GYN. Dr. Cohen delivered my last two kids. He was also there for two miscarriages (one during a hurricane). He would call and check up on me after the miscarriages. He also saved my life when he found a small lump in my neck at my 6 wk checkup with my last born. I moved 4 hrs away and would still drive to S. FL to have an appointment with him. I didn’t trust anyone else! Now living in Ohio I truly miss him being my doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen's for almost 29 years! He delivered both of my sons who are now 18 and 21 years old. He is knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and has a phenomenal bedside manner. He also asks about my emotional state, my familial relationships, and whether I am happy at every annual visit and I am always comfortable being honest, whether good or bad. Because of that, I have received very well-rounded medical care that flows from his office to my primary care office and to any other specialists that I have. He also saw me through a painful miscarriage and made an unbearable situation emotionally manageable through this his kind words, medical explanations, and emotional support. He is the best gynecologist in the state of Florida!
