In my 51 years of being alive I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a Drs office. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and aren't knowledgeable to effectively communicate and manage their everyday office duties. They spoke down to me, we’re very rude and disrespectful, left me on hold many times for over 10 minutes, gave me incorrect info, never replied to my emails. As a retired US Marine I will be reporting this office and Doctor to the Veterans Affairs and the United States White House hotline for Veteran complaints and denial of care to a disabled Veteran. And to be clear I have healthcare insurance.

I really appreciated seeing Dr. Donshik for some back concerns. I’ve seen many doctors for other medical conditions and I can’t say I’ve met many as respectful and kind as him. Dr. Donshik listens to your concerns and offers assistance accordingly. At no point during my visit did I feel like just another number. Ladies assisting in the office were friendly and helpful as well. It’s also not to often that I am greeted with a smile upon entering a doctors office. I definitely would return to this office and am grateful to have found them. Also this office is LGBTQ+ friendly. Thank you Dr. Donshik and team!

I came to Dr. Donshik‘s practice through Workmens Comp I wasn’t expecting a lot of care he surprise me he truly is a compassionate doctor in a time where doctors have to battle insurance companies and adjusters highly recommend thank you Dr. donshik

It was refreshing to interact with a caring and positive medical office. From the moment that I contacted this office I was treated with kindness and respect. I was treated by Dr. Donshik with such care, gentleness and compassion for my injuries that I sustained. Both the doctor and his entire staff were instrumental in helping to reduce and treat the pain caused by my injuries. I would recommend this good doctor to anyone seeking honestly and the best care that you deserve. 🙏

Dr. Donshik is brutally honest but he cares about your well being. I came to him for a workers' comp injury and he was able to get me back to maximum potential. After 8 months of suffering in pain, he was able to get me back to being pain free. I was able to schedule appointments with ease and his staff was friendly. I would recommend him to others.
