Jon Rosenthal's Online Review Report Card

I went to this doctor with a deviated septum, and he told me it could be corrected with a surgery. After trying to book the procedure, found out that he did not have privileges at Broward hospitals. They told me it would take a little longer for him to get privileges at North Broward hospital or Coral Springs Hospital, so I waited almost a month. They called and told me he now had privileges and scheduled me for another month away which would be June 22. I called today to find out when my procedure would be since nobody had reached out to me. They told me the doctor had no procedures on the schedule for this week And they would check with him and get back with me within 30 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I called them back. I was told that they had no idea who I had spoke to and then they finally found the person that I spoke to who never called me back she told me the doctor still doesn’t have privileges at that hospital , so they tried to pawn me off on a different Doctor Who does. So either the lady who does the scheduling for this Doctor Who is apparently now out of town either completely lied to me about him having privileges at the hospital now (which makes absolutely no sense) or he forgot to schedule himself to do the surgery and now doesn’t want to deal with me at all , this is the most unprofessional doctor and staff I have ever seen in my life. I don’t know how he is in business. Do not go here you’ll have a horrible experience they do not care about customer service or the customers at all for that matter. I’ve just basically wasted over two months, waiting for this doctor to perform the procedure that he blew off. Scheduled my work around this date they told me the procedure would be done on and made myself work five 12 hr shifts in a row to get the days off that I needed for the procedure and recovery. Wasted about 2.5 months waiting on this Dr just to be blown off. Asked to speak w a manager or the Dr over and over again but of course, they aren’t available. They don’t care about your time so don’t give it to them.

No prescriptions called in. No orders given in writing on discharge. Very unprofessional

I have never had a Doctor like Dr. Rosenthal. I was referred to him by a friend and I have ZERO regrets. By far the best doctor I have ever came across. Not only is he great at what he does but he's the most professional and funniest doctor I've ever met. He performed surgery on my deviated septum and that same day he reached out to me and checked up on me. Thank you Dr. Rosenthal for everything you and your team has done for me, I can finally breathe out of my nose!

Dr Jon Rosenthal is a fantastic Otolaryngologist !! Knowledgeable and a great bedside manner i would recommend him (and have to several people). He took excellent care of me when i came to him with a deviated septum and now,thanks to him and his wonderful staff,I have a better quality of life.

Dr. Jon Rosethal and his office should be a template for every business. Kind courteous interaction with patients, efficient electronic paperwork and smart phone technology for scheduling and check in, professional timelines in the office environment to keep you waiting as little as possible. My experience was extremely poor, I have been seeing Dr. Rosenthal for over 8 years, for the last year, I have been in total misery, with a constant pressure in the left sinus/ear, after numerous visits, the last one to be yesterday, Dr. Rosenthal stated that there was nothing wrong with my sinus/ear, in yesterday’s visit he did not even had the empathy or respect to even look at my ear, he should be ashamed of himself, if the way he treated me yesterday, I decided I needed a new caring doctor, which I saw today, and my new doctor did find that I do have a left ear/sinus problem with lots of inflammation, immediately I was given the proper treatment. I would not recommend this doctor or facility to anyone, his office manager Dennis is extremely rude, this office has no compassion for their patients, I am so sorry that I wasted 8 yrs of my life trusting the wrong doctor. I would give him a minus 100 if I could, for all the pain and suffering I have endured u det his care. MF

Very disappointed at his services, awI have been going to his office for over 7 years, for the same issues, my sinuses, I have been in agony for months, every time I go to him, he tells me there is nothing wrong and I continue suffering, well, yesterday, I had enough, after again seeing , him telling me there was nothing wrong again, and not even taking a look at my sinuses/ear, I decided to get a second opinion today from another ENT, best decision of my life, of course there was something wrong in my inner ear, the new doctor cared to take the time and look for the problem, Dr. Rosenthal should be ashamed of himself, for making me suffer with this issue for such a long time. I am so sorry that I wasted so many years of my life going to such a horrible doctor like him.

My visit was great! Dr. Rosenthal is a very caring doctor who listens to you and addressed my problem. I can't breathe out of my nose, and he found a deviated septum and swelling that's causing this. There is an in-office procedure that can help my problem and I'm hoping to get this! I love this Doctor and this office staff was very professional and kind to me. A great doctor and lovely staff.
