For more than 20 days I have been leaving messages in the answering machine (nobody answer in that office) and the afterhours Answering Service, requesting Dr Alvarez or someone from his staff, to call me back and help me with the problem that I have with the CPAP machine. No one has ever returned my call. The Dr and his staff are not attentive.

This office is the worst when trying to get in contact with them. You will find yourself calling multiple times and no one will answer the phone. People are coming to this office for serious matters and you don't even have employees that care enough to pick the phone up. If you don't feel like working find another job/career!!!!!

This office should NOT accept any new patients. The receptionist was an overworked, overwhelmed individual who could not manage herself and gave no solution to her problem. After waiting 15 minutes on hold I was told that "too be honest I have so many lines holding and I won't be able to help you right now". Okay can you take my number and call me back? "too be honest I have over 30 people on a list that I have to call back" I am speechless!! Doctor must be a real cheapskate and a gem to work for. His own staff is sabotaging his business. What a joke!

Dr Alvarez along with Jessie and Angie create an outstanding patient experience .The quality and professionalism of their office is the gold standard for a medical practice.

A doctor that does not know what is going on in his office and his phone can't be someone thet you should trust.. I just hope that the person who answered the phone will ever need help. Carma baby

Dr. Alvarez and his staff have been exceptional in their care for me. I have found him to be an extremely competent and responsive Doctor who has provided very clear guidance and instruction on my treatment. In addition, his assistant Yesenia has provided outstanding support and counsel on CPAP equipment and usage.

Dr. Alvarez and Jessie are amazing! They are kind and both take the time to listen and help in anyway that they can!!! Dr. Alvarez is very thorough and knowledgeable!!!! And I have never felt rushed or unheard!!!!
