Kevin Ergle's Online Review Report Card

Hands of an Angel !!! This is the way I describe Dr. kevin Ergle, After my Heart valve Replacement that he performed on me. Before the surgery and after always attentive and informative with complete explanation on all his procedures in and out of the hospital. Including medication information.

Met Dr. Ergle in the hospital April 2020, from day one he has been so patient, knowledgeable and a GREAT bed side manner. His staff in the office are absolutely phenomenal.

I took my mother in law to see this doctor a couple months ago.His staff could not keep their mask on correctly they kept touching their mask during the appointment. They did not wash their hands or sanitize after doing this they touched all over my elderly mother in law who is 83 years old and is a diabetic at the end of the appointment the doctor washed just the tips of his fingers for about 3 seconds and stood and talked to us for a few minutes and left the room my mother in law is thinking of having a procedure I’m trying to explain to her it’s best to find a provider who can at least wash his hands ...

I would think twice before seeing this Dr. He simply does not care. I went in there with extreme chest pain, previous pericarditis conditions and since my new test results did not show Pericarditis, he told me there is nothing I can do for you there is an ER across the street if you want to go you can go there. So again, please save yourself and do not go to this Dr.

I was recommended to Dr. Ergle by my primary dr. I can tell you now that he was NOT the dr who saw me and to date, I have NO idea who that guy was. My husband went there, too, and we both wore monitors and I had an echocardiogram. It took a month for my husband to get results and that was after multiple, multiple phone calls. I have placed numerous calls to talk about my echo and have never been able to get a call back. Even then, it's not the dr that calls you and who knows if the person relaying the info even knows what she's talking about. The messages that were left contained such vague info that my husband said he could've gotten the same from his Apple watch! He even received a bill way before he got the results. This office is so unprofessional that it defies explanation and I've told my primary to stop recommending them. I now have to find another dr to look at the tests and give me more in-depth info. I am very skeptical that the care given here is good or worth the money.

agree, I was trying to get an appointment with one of the other senior Drs in the office, they were all booked .. needed to get my husband seen so I took appointment with Dr Henry Ergle best thing I could have done.. explained every thing in detail, not rushed, very compassionate ..explains choices & then let’s you makes decisions.. was very happy with the outcome of my husbands procedure with this very confident Dr I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Henry Ergle

I was so impressed with Dr. Ergle. I went to him for a second opinion. I originally was trying to get an appointment with an associate of his but would have had to wait a little longer and he had availability the same day so I chose to see him in the interim with the intention of then switching to his associate. I have to say, he far exceeded my expectations. I am very picky about who I see. In choosing a doctor, I always do a Google search and pick one based on reviews. Dr. Ergle didn't have many (but the ones he did have were good). I am so glad I decided to take the appointment and see him that day. He is very knowledgeable, articulate, personable and was very reassuring to me. He also made me feel like he had nowhere else to be that day. He was amazing. Fast forward to today, I was having some concerns and called the office but he was at the hospital. One of the girls called him and he told me to come in and he came over from the hospital to see me. I was amazed. You just don't see that level of care. Needless to say, I highly recommend him. He gets 5 stars across the board!

I would trust Dr. Ergle with any of my family members. He has a great bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend!

The absolute greatest bedside manners, knowledgeable but not cocky with it. I would recommend him to everyone.
