I like the Doctor but not Cano Health! Horrible to get an appointment. You are calling in to a centralized appt office. You cannot call and as for the doctor’s assistant like other physician offices. They claim to care but they don’t. This sucks. I need an antibiotic and I can’t even talk tovthe doctor or her asst. Faster to drive to her office & make appt in person!!!!

I have been with Dr. Leslie Herzog since 2000 and I have never been disappointed with her care and professional treatment . Yes, she moved a few times and I have followed her to each location. I have referred many co workers , patients, family and friends and we are all very happy.

Worst experience with a doctor in my life. I waited 2 months for an appt and on the scheduled day I headed to the office where my email said the appt was at. I called from the car to say I'd be 5 minutes late and I was told I was going to the wrong office. That instead of the Miami Office I had to go to the Ft Lauderdale office. I called that office and they said since it's your first appt it's ok if your late so come up. As I was pulling up to the parking I got a phone call to tell me that the doctor had to leave for some patient conference or something. I went up to the office anyway, didn't say who I was and asked if the doctor was in. I was told she went to lunch. I spent almost 2 hours in the car.

I'm honestly surprised Herzog has so many good reviews. Nothing about my experience with her was pleasant. She made it clear throughout the appointment that she did not care about my needs as a patient and everything was made way more complicated than it needed to be. I felt like she was trying to get through my appointment as quickly as possible. The office is run like a scam trying to extract as much money from you as possible. She literally does the bare minimum of what you would expect a doctor to do. And the wait times? I had to wait over an hour for like a two minute conversation with her. Seriously ridiculous.

I went to Dr. Herzog for my annual check up last year and I won't be returning. She wrote me a birth control prescription that I've been on since I was 19 for a few months. But after a few months, she left and went to a new office. Not only did she leave a whole population of patients without continuity of care, if I wanted the prescription again at that office I'd have to come in and establish care with another doctor. So then I called her new office and they informed me that I'm not a patient of record so Id need to make an appointment to see her. After some back and forth she was reasonable and gave me a few more months. Well now my annual appointment is up and I'm out of prescriptions again. With the coronavirus pandemic, most doctors are focused on helping people with COVID-19 and not seeing patients until May. She won't refill me unless she can do a "consultation" aka collection of insurance money and a copay (telemedicine). This is NOT a narcotic. I am NOT a high risk patient. My previous physician did this as a courtesy to her patients because she CARED. I have no interest in seeing this physician again.

Dr. Herzog has been my doctor since 1999, she has moved to several different locations and I have followed her. She is a very attentive no nonsense doctor. She's not quick to give you a prescription which I like, too many doctors are pill pushers. But I have to say, the location where she is currently, the office is not very responsive, I've been waiting for test results for over a month now with no call back, no info, nada. She's not at the location listed above she has moved again, a great location by Westside Hospital.

I have been going to Dr. Herzog in excess of 5 years after my neighbor recommended her to me. He credited her with saving his life. That was good enough for me so I went. She is a very attentive Doctor, noticing things even if you don't mention them. She is very knowledgeable but is also not afraid to refer you to a specialist if she thinks it is warranted. Growing up my family had a history of hard to control high blood pressure which my brother, sister & I inherited. After working with me on this, she felt I would be in better hands with a Cardiologist & referred me to one. In all areas, my entire family has received excellent care from her. Even my wife, who refuses to go to Doctors, loves Dr. Herzog & does not hesitate to go to schedule and appointment to see her when needed. I have no hesitation recommending Dr. Herzog to others. If this rating service had 6 stars, I would give Dr. Herzog a 6 star rating.

Herzog the right doctor for her to be seeing how do Have all these issues resolved Please advise Concerned husband
