Main complain of Chronic Constipation. Dr. Gonzalez recommended plan of care is Endoscopy procedure. How does a primary lower gastroenterological problem justify an upper GI procedure? Obviously, this is an assembly line money making machine where this Dr. does not focus on the primary need of the patient but of only that of generating income for the Practice. I am disillusioned by recent graduates of medical schools and Doctors who do not listen to geriatric patients' medical concerns.

Good doctor for her practice, but very unprofessional for all other things. She just left the Mount Sinai group and did not notify the patients or let anyone who had a follow up of what was on going.

Her professional and personal demeanor made me feel very comfortable. She did not rush and answered all my questions. Dr. Gonzalez has the expertise and ability to explain medical issues in a way to understand.
