many factors have caused me to be in search of other medical attention. there are never upcoming appointments available. When you arrive, the reception has very bad treatment of patients, they ask about the reason for the hearing. one responds about the symptoms that they present, at no time do they tell you that before going you should go get COVID-19. They rudely send you home and take the test. Finally they agree to serve you and charge you the copay. after going to the examination area and waiting about 20 minutes, the doctor arrives and with a very bad face begins to ask you questions about the symptoms. I'm not a doctor but I'm sure it's an ear and throat infection. but that is what the visit is for so that they take it out of error. You explain symptoms and from when and where you feel them, the expressions on the face of the lazy doctor, one more, he begins to scold you that the COVID-19 test is necessary before being treated. but in a very bad way. I'll stick with his Associate Dr. Jared Frydman who is 5 stars all the way. I don't know if Martinez had a bad day or what when I saw him, but I don't stand for rudeness in any Services rendered!

This Md has a chip on his shoulder, he is rude ignorant and believes his title is the reason why you have to obey him. Beware of tirants like him, he is not willing to work with you I walked out of his office, would not recomend his mentality, he is a burocrat, not a Dr.

Dr. Martinez is a VERY caring doctor. He's not in practice to take your money, but to make sure you are HEALTHY. I referred MY Doctor to everyone. I have my whole family, friends and coworkers going to him.

other reviews that said this dr is RUDE are 100% accurate. He is jealous of Dr Frydman and told me in our visit that he is more experienced than Dr.Frydman. This was as a result of another patient who was a little upset that they couldn’t see Dr. Frydman and they offered Martinez as a backup. He should work on his tone and the way he talks to people and maybe then he would become a first choice dr. I went for a visit and he prescribed me pain med and a muscle relaxer no script for PT but a month later I go back for same issue and he says I didn’t go to PT well he didn’t prescribe it. Asked him to write script for MRI and explained I needed it reviewed ASAP he neglected to put STAT just don’t waste your time. People deserve a DR who is not only thorough but one who cares about his patients this man is no DR he just has the title. Nothing good comes of people like him as he is supposed to be the one to help not cause stress and that is all I received. Some of his staff take his side guess because they need a job! he is upset and carries that attitude as he services the patient’s that can’t the main Dr in the office. By the way I have been going to this office over 19 years and 3 experiences with this dr has caused me to change doctors.

Tried going to a doctor closer to my house and immediately had to switch back to this office. The staff is friendly and Dr.Martinez is very thorough with his patients. Highly recommended.
