I had called Dr. Zalewski’s office because my husband was having a problem with his left leg (swelling, discoloration and discomfort) which went all the way to his ankle. We had recently drove from Pennsylvania to take care of my brother-in- law who was having cancer surgery. I was told by one of his staff that prior toDr. Zelewski seeing my husband, he will have to have an ultrasound. The appointment with Dr. Zalewski was made for July 24 at 4:15 PM and following their request, I contacted our primary doctor to send a scrip to the hospital requesting the ultrasound. The scrip from our primary doctor requesting the ultrasound was sent to Northwest Medical Center and an appointment was made for my husband to have the ultrasound on July 22. On July 21, the hospital notified us that the hospital will not accept a scrip from a doctor out of state. I called Dr. Zalewski and explained to one of his staff the situation and requested that Dr.Zalewski write a scrip requesting the ultrasound so my husband could see him on July 24. I was told by one of his staff that Dr,Zalewski could not write a script unless my husband went to see him for a consultation. This was not what I was told initially. No ultrasound, no consultation.I do not recommend Dr. Zalewski nor his staff. His lack of professional courtesy is abhorrent.Maida Burka

Dr Zalewski and his staff Linda for helping us to sign in and getting us quickly into a room and set up . Dr came in quickly and went through all our options and explained the procedure we were seeing him for and Lori for scheduling the surgery so quickly plus continuing to put our minds at ease as well . Dr Zalewski took his time and made sure to answer all our questions . The entire office staff was wonderful . They went above and beyond what we expected .

My experience with Dr. Zalewski was very positive. He took all the time I needed to explain my problem, and he took time to explain everything about my condition. He was very thorough and very personable. Great doctor!

Dr Z was referred to me by my primary doctor and I am so pleased that he did. Dr Z is communicating with me in detail on every appointment with him, as he reviews and will analyze my medical condition before he takes the next step. He shows concern for me of which I respect and am graceful that he is my Vascular Physician. Sincerely Dennis Russo
