List of MIchael Alexander's Reviews
The doctor happens to be good with a good bedside manner. Bad news is office staff is not as knowledgeable or professional as they need to be. Also sorry to say but they are very bad with getting any test results to their patients. I have to constantly call to find out anything after tests are done. I originally gave this doctor a higher review but unfortunately my opinion changed since then. Sorry Doctor.
Kind, patient and listens
Worst front desk staff ever never answers the phone. Good luck if they do they will never follow up! I’m surprised the doctor would have stuff like this working. I need a better office manager that will follow up with the patients and train the staff!
Dr. Alexander is patient, kind, understanding and down to earth. He takes the time to really listen to my concerns and addresses them. . He makes it easy to feel comfortable during an exam. The office atmosphere is welcoming.
I've been visiting this office for over 10 years, the staff is great and Dr. Alexander is down to earth and gives you all his attention.

The staff is horrible. IF they answer the phone, they will place you on a perpetual hold and then evetually hang up. The wait times on the phone and in the office are absurd. However, the worst of it is their attitude and lack of empathy. Stay away from this office for your own health.
Office staff horrible don’t waste your time with staff that’s just billing you and even they don’t know what they are billing you for. The office closed their old location and while closed billed for in office services I did not receive. Thankfully after calling numerous times they removed it and I reported it to insurance company of the incident.
Dr. Alexander and Steve are good, but their staff makes this an undesirable office in general. Seek another office. You will be on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on. You will not get your results from your test. You will be treated like crap. You will be ignored and overlooked. If all this does not matter attempt to make an appointment with them. The worst.
The physicians here are ok but are unaware of the office operations I believe. Over a week and still no places have received a fax from them for an MRI. Refuse to look into why no one is receiving the faxes. After having this problem wouldn't you as an employee who cares call to follow up if the fax went through to said office. Told I'm more than welcome to come and get the orders myself. The diagnostic place is directly above them. Though they can't get any information to them. This office has seriously gone downhill since they moved into the new location. The office management is poor at best with zero accountability for their employees. They will also release you from the practice if you question their incompetence just like me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
