Dr Morrison have been my personal physician for over 30 years and I am fortunate to have such a trustworthy passionate caring individual as my doctor. He spends more than enough time listening to my health issues, Then he would ask me heath questions about prostate issue, cholesterol and things unrelated to my complaints. I recommend Dr Michael Morrison 100%

Apparently older people needing surgery clearance is not their specialty. Surgery cancelled due to lack of attention, concern, or whatever the excuse used for that day. This PCP office needs to get their act together. It seemed to be the other doctor offices fault for info not being received. Strange. I know this happens but after going to this office.... I dont believe them. Miraculously in 1 minute the document was there. I wished we'd looked at the reviews sooner. Beware....customer care and concern 0, but I'll give them the 1 star.

Avoid by all means. Office staff is just the Doctor’s guinea pigs. They constantly lie to patients. Do yourself the favor, AVOID DR. MORRISON AND STAFF!

My father-in-law became a patient of this practice after suffering multiple strokes this summer due to insurance change. Everything from referrals and coordinating physical therapy to prescription adherence/maintenance has been an utmost struggle with the office staff here. Rude and complete lack of empathy would be an understatement. My mother in law has been disrespected on numerous accounts and my dealings today confirm the disgusting behavior of this office staff. Rosealee told me insurance companies prevent doctors from writing refills on maintenance medications! After I challenged her, telling her I was a pharmacy professional and knew she was lying she quickly placed me on hold and another person picked up. This one told me that as a primary physician their office does not write scripts for specialty medications(blood thinners)? She advised me to get in touch with the cardiologist. Should I also get in touch with his endocrinologist who treats his diabetes? Funny thing, every website associated with this md practice says they treat stroke!?! Keeping patients adherent is hard enough without the uneducated, unprofessional, discourteous staff employed here. Senior patients and care givers take heed! They had the nerve to tell my mother in law not to wait for the last tablet to call looking for refills. My pharmacy sent 3 separate fax requests and left a voice mail for the refill request! Then you authorize 1 fill for MAINTENANCE MEDS that will be needed forever, so let’s go through this again in 26days?? No thank you!
