Dr Markley is a miracle worker. Her knowledge and expertise is unwavering. She performed a follow up surgery for my son when his wound opened up from the initial surgery. She also helped resolve issues with hospital staff. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your child’s doctor then rest assured you will receive the best possible care. If only she can be cloned..

It is so unfortunate the staff of these doctors are so unprofessional. I have never been so amazed by such disrespect from a doctor's office!! Nikki does not have the emotional intelligence to be working for a doctor such as Dr. Markley. My son's emergency appendix surgery went well thank GOD, but let me mention that he was pushed back almost 24r hours and left waiting in pre-op for 12 hours which was completely uncalled for as I understand emergencies come in that are greater than then one at hand. However, they did not call us to surgery until I got upset about how we were being treated and if while he was being pushed continuously to the back of the line if his appendix ruptured I would sue! Basically whatever my insurance did not cover ($300 I think) they should have eaten the cost for stress and professionalism leaving us in pre-op instead of our room (where my son was more comfortable) for over 12 hours to avoid the hassle of bringing my son up and down. As long as it is convenient for the hospital and the staff right. BUT this complaint is not even for this, this is for your office staff and all FOUR of your doctors Roberto Puglisi, David Lasko, Subhash Puranik and Michele Markley should be ashamed of NIKKI and the way she speaks to your patients! Completely unprofessional. Now I have received bills, but I only received ONE phone call last week, and left a message. I was planning on calling back. Nikki calls me today, and I say “Oh yes I got your message you were on my list of things to do, I wanted to reach out to you to simply ask if I could have another month, I unexpectedly owed taxes this year and I could pay that next month” Nikki then replies “If you cannot pay, then we will have to send this to collections” My response “ Well if that is what you have to do, I do not see why you cannot hold off on one more month?” Nikki then replies “We performed emergency surgery on your son and you are refusing to pay, we will just send you to collections were they will upcharge you 30%” As I reiterated that I had unexpected expenses, she HUNG UP on me. HANGS UP! At no point was I being difficult. NIKKI was aggressive from the minute I answered the phone. Again let me remind you this was only my second call from them. So UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called back and Brittany said she was on the phone, and she could call me back. I said I do not want her to call me back. She hung up on me. I used to speak to one of the doctors, because as their staff you represent these doctors and you are making them look bad. When I called back, she claimed she said have a nice day which she did NOT! This review will be on all four of the doctors page reviews and everywhere I can put it. I am sorry you have to get this but it seems this is the only way to hold your office staff accountable for the bad behavior and I refuse to be treated like this. NIKKI your unprofessionalism is reflective of the life saving procedure that Dr. Markley did on my son as you say, if you are here to save lives and be an advocate don’t be a monster to a human on the phone with real human problems attempting to work with you!

Very professional- never felt rushed- extremely through- sincerely caring- delicate in handling patient- excess able if you need her- Staff very professional- great follow up- cheerful and positive- highly recommend.

Dr Markley was referred by our physician for treatment of a cyst and her care was tremendous! She took the time to explain things clearly, her beside manner was outstanding.

Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Markley and her staff. The girls at the front are welcoming and kind. Dr. Markley's warm and delicate approach made my daughter and I feel at ease. She pointed out her inguinal hernia right away, explained everything to me, answered all my questions. Surgery was at Coral Springs Medical Center and I have to say I was hands down surpassed with the quality of care my daughter received. The whole OR staff were very accommodating, super kind, positive, patient. Explained every detail to us. My daughter was at ease during surgery day. I really was blown away with the OR staff ( anesthesiologists, preop, post op, etc). Their checks and balances are on point too. Dr. Markley is just so great, very knowledgeable, explained the whole process, and completed surgery successfully, no issues. Post op was a breeze for my daughter. I have to say overall it was a very good experience and THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my baby!

Dr. Markley is wonderful. She's caring and calming. From the moment she walked in, she put us at ease. She explained her exam of my daughter's lymph nodes clearly, and went over her diagnostic test results word for word, explaining everything in great detail, and helping us feel confident in my daughter's diagnosis and how to proceed. She also called ahead to the infectious disease doc she recommended, so that he would be familiar with our situation when we arrived. Wonderful bedside manner and great confidence in her.

Dr. Markley is my 17yo sons surgeon. He was completely comfortable with her from his initial consultation/visit. always able to ask questions freely and receive answers he could understand and follow. He is now 5 weeks post-op and feeling really good! We highly recommend Dr. Markley, the kindest, most professional surgeon I’ve met! Dr. Markley also has a wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful.

My 13 year old daughter had a minor skin surgery with Dr. Markley and I must say her bedside manner exceeded my expectations. She is an amazing, knowledgeable and thorough Doctor and a superb human being, her eyes even smile behind her mask!! She was very patient and answered all of our questions, also very compassionate and has a great sense of humor. My daughter was extremely comfortable with her. Her office and staff are very pleasant as well. I highly recommend Dr. Markley.
