Morris V. Epstein's Online Review Report Card

I don’t know what initially happened at the time of booking my appointment if it was human error or system glitch that sent me to another office but upon arriving at Dr.Epstein’s office, the office manager Jenny Rivera was still able to accommodate me even though I was not a patient through their office (I go to the one in Hollywood) every single person on staff during my appointment were very friendly and super professional! Tania and Dominique had to tag team me due to tricky veins 😉 lol but they were very patient with me and we were making jokes the entire time to ease my anxiety with getting my blood drawn. I wish I was closer to this office because the staff definitely showed me how exceptional their customer service skills are! Thank you everyone!

Very caring personnel, was able to get an appointment quickly, and got medication to get well before the holidays!

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Dr. Epstein is what you should expect in a family practitioner. He takes as much time as is needed to address your problems, he is familar with my other doctors, he receives and reviews their reports, and he truly cares about his patients. I have been a patient for about 15 or more years, and I would not go anywhere else. Until recently, it was a true family practice with his wife managing the office and the staff having been with him for years and years. The new staff is very nice, but the corporate office should treat Dr. Epstein like a doctor, and not a money making machine. DON'T FIX WHAT AIN'T BROKE.Thank you to Dr. Epstein and his staff for remembering the patient comes first.

Dr. Epstein has always been a great doctor. He was my primary care physician for over 10 years. Since he sold out to associates md the office staff went down hill in a big way. That being said, and not being able to find good health care since I left, I thought I'd come back even after reading latest reviews. It took only one phone call to his office to see nothing has changed. Rude obnoxious people. To bad for Dr. Epstein be associated with such an uncaring practice.

This Dr is a fraud and a disgrace to the profession, my mother was referred to him from another dr for a second opinion back in August of last year, he was 3 hours late and did same tests that were done by the refereeing dr just to milk Medicare after all said and done did nothing to help with the problem billed through the roof and wanted another 20% copaySTAY AWAY !!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Epstein for over 20 years. He is a fantastic doctor but since he joined Associates MD his office has gone down hill. It is very hard to get through to make an appointment. They don't get you in to see the doctor in a reasonable time frame!! If you can't get in to see the doctor it doesn't matter how good the doctor is!

I had a very great visit today! I had a last minute appointment, Carrie and Kourtney squeezed me in for my appointment. Domonique was a Great help during my visit. Also, Tania and Sherrie were super nice and made me feel very at home. Thank you Dr. Epstein and staff.

The customer service at Dr. Epstein along with the best doctor in the area is really awesome. I will never leave.

He is a great doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Epstein for 10+ years and have always been provided with stellar service from the office staff, the nurses and Dr. Epstein himself. I went in yesterday (8/25/20) and just wanted to take the time to give special kudos to the office staff and the nurse that attended to me (Tania, Carri, Kay Ann, Dominique and Marianna) -- they were very efficient in providing prompt service; were very professional and friendly; so willing to help and were all very attentive. The office has a general team oriented atmosphere which I feel allows for patients to be attended to in an effective and efficient manner. I highly recommend this office!
