I was very impressed with the service the office staff and Dr. Jain provided during my first visit to his office. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The waiting time was reasonable ( I arrived at 8:30 am and at 9:15 am I was seen by Dr. Jain), and Dr. Jain was also friendly, and his calm demeanor made me relax and pay more attention to his questions and diagnosis.

Dr.Jain is the most knowledgeable, compassionate doctor I have come across in a long time.His demeanor , bedside manner and willingness to listen to the patient is astounding.The information he imparts to the patient is on a level that we as lay people can understand.If you choose to be a patient of Dr Jain, consider yourself to have made a wise medical choice.

I drive for 1 hour for my first appointment which I made 2 months ago, and today they said that I’m not in their system. I heard that it’s too hard to find a good endocrinologist but today I understand HOW!!

Dr. Jain helped me get my diabetes under control. He always answered all of my questions with interest. He provided an encouraging environment of teamwork in helping me improve my health.

I had been a very healthy guy my entire life. After a roof fall accident, everything went sour. A year of inactivity left me with a troublesome case of diabetes. I tried everything, including changing my diet and adding an exercise program with no luck. Dr Jain carefully examined my current and past history, and developed a plan. It worked; I feel like my old self again. He seemed to know exactly what would help. I followed his directions and am doing great. Thank you Dr. Jain, and thanks also to your staff, especially Michelle (she's so nice); you got me back on track. :)

How does this office get all these great reviews when just trying to schedule an appointment is a headache? I called bc my Dr referred me to Dr. Jain and the person who answered the phone was very rude, disrespectful and should not be in customer service. What a joke, these reviews have to be fake. Unbelievable

You can't please all the people all the time, but during all the visits to Dr Jain, he has been excellent. He is polite, courteous, and cares about the patient. I have had a lot of experience with medical doctors, and he is one of the best.
