I do not recommend this office. I was a patient for over 4 years going every year. I won’t longer come back. First the doctor has too many students that don’t know what they really doing which I was fine too but I just noticed it’s affecting the patients. I went in today after I requested my day off at work. I called them one month ago for this appointment so I went in and they talked me they are not taking my ppo plan with cigna. My question is why didn’t they verify the insurance before? They had whole month to call me and not had me drive more 40 minutes to their office and I missed work. The front desk lady which did no even say sorry and did not care about me just say to pay her $70 like regular person without insurance. I went for my physical so every plan covers your physical exam prevention so why do I have to pay $70 ?like not having insurance. After this happened to me, I am not going any more. I went also with my husband for his physical so he also missed his day at work. They are very unprofessional and not care about people. Please I recommend anyone to STAY AWAY because the will surprise you if you continue going there.

Front office staff was not friendly. The doctor was okay. She had a medical student and a resident with her. She did not ask if it was okay to tag along for my appointment. They simply did. It was very uncomfortable. I filled out the forms and then was asked all the questions from the forms that I had filled out--clearly, they were not looked at. I would not recommend this office.

The staff was friendly. The paper work was easy. Took my insurance. No surprises. Cigna allows free wellness exams. Other doctors have had issue's given me a exam with no co pay. Not here. The visit had no extra fees. The doctor was very professional and thorough. I hope to be a patient for many year's

Dr. Pyram-Bernard is amazing. Her and her staff work super hard to make sure that every client feels seen and heard. I am grateful she is my doctor and I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Nancy is always pleasant and humble. She has always been very attentive to my needs. She’s professional and will take time to listen to you, which is very important. One thing a love about Dr. Nancy in a nutshell is that she has great bedside manners. I have seen a lot of doctors who have lost that or may have never had it at all. I think she’s great!

Dr. Nancy Bernard is attentive and truly listens to your needs. I've been in her care for two years and have been very pleased with the care I've received. My health has greatly improved since I began seeing her. She has really been at the center of it all, as I've had to see multiple specialists for the issues I was having. Whenever I had a question or a concern, Dr. Bernard was always willing to assist me and offer her expert advice. If you're a woman of color looking for a doctor who will advocate for you, see Dr. Bernard. Side note: don't let the negative reviews keep you from booking an appt. Many people are unaware of their financial responsibilities with their insurance plans and take it out on medical office staff 🙄. I’m saying this as someone who handles patient/insurance billing for a doctors’ office. I can assure you that they are not attempting to steal your money.

I love my Dr and her office staff!!!!! I'm SUPER picky about my services and providers but I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Bernard's practice. I'm extremely happy to be in the care of such an amazing woman. She has helped me with situations that my "so called specialist" couldn't even handle. Shame on them😒 Hands down she's the best!!

Dr Bernard is the best! She always makes me feel so comfortable and she is very detailed in her one on one with me. I am so happy I found her as my primary doctor. I love that I can have all my blood work done on site and her staff is very accommodating. Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Nancy Pyram-Bernard for a couple years and I just love her she is patient and takes the time to hear you out and you never feel rushed. She has late hrs too which is convenient.
