Nancy Pyram-Bernard's Online Review Report Card

I am so happy I found Dr Pyram she takes her time and she really cares. Also Dr James is very good doctor extremely knowledgeable as well.I have a little drive to go there but it’s worth it as I feel they are not trying to make maximum profit as a lot of practitioners but here to help improve each of their patient’s health and answer all our questions.Last but not least Dr Pyram speaks French with me and I love that. Feels like a family relative Francis and the other Front Desk Agent are also very professional. Definitely recommend that Doctor

She is a great primary care provider. I never feel rushed or just a number when dealing with her. She shows genuine concern for her patients and attentive to your needs. The wait time to see her is very short and her office staff is just as pleasant.

Since I started visiting Dr. PyramBernard my health has improved more than it has in several years. She is thorough knowledgeable and clean. Her staff is also kind professional and organized. I hope to continue visiting her practice for many years to come.

Had my 1st appt there last week and actually felt really good about it. Liked the doctor no long wait time thought I finally lucked out. Got a call today about coming in for my blood work results which I actually HAVE an appt for on Apr 29th but was told no you dont Yes Im HOLDING THE APPT CARD IN MY HAND. I dont see it Ended with ok well see you Thurs. Not feeling so good anymore....July 2021 I edited my rating and wanted to update that since that oneconfusingphone call I havent had any problems and would be more than happy to recommend. The doctor is great the staff is very nice and at least so far..knock on wood Ive never had any crazy wait time which is a nice change from other doctors.

Dr. Bernard is awesome. Great doctor. She doesnt rush you. She truly listens.

Dr Bernard is sweet. Most of the MAs are great. One girl who answers the phone is hard to understand and doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing too well but mainly pretty good

Everytime I go and wait for the doctor to come she first sends in a med student to get the rundown from you meds symptoms ailments ect. Every med student I have had has been really awesome. And as for Dr.Bernard she is amazing. I have searched for a few years to find a doctor who you can actually tell things to and they dont just give you a passing glance she takes her time with you she gives rundowns on concerns you hav or medications you take or might take and lastly she is personable which for someone with dr. anxiety is amazing. I recommend her she is a doctor that actually cares for patients.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The level of professionalism is not there overall, her staff desperately needs some training in customer service and how to deal with people as well as time management. No consideration of time. Had a virtual appointment scheduled which I was advised was set for 4:30pm after sitting in the meeting room for 5 minutes I called to see if there was an issue as to why the doctor was late only to then be told the appointment would have to be after hours anywhere between 5 and 7pm and they would call me. I hung up to only to receive an email at 5:17pm that the appointment was cancelled, not a phone call to explain the issue. I had to phone back in to see why the appointment was now cancelled when I did not receive a call from anyone. Just to have the assistant/ scheduler then advised me the internet was down all day and there would be no virtual appointment for the day they will reschedule for tomorrow. Safe to say I wont be going back!

Safe to say I will not be returning I tried to give them a second chance after a poor experience with one of the student doctors in office but this was just as bad as the first office visit. I guess they really do not like new patient as it gives them too much work to do.
