I wouldn't be here if not for Dr Patel! That's a fact. I am indebted to him for his insight and expertise. From the first time (12 years ago), I called. He didn't ask me what insurance company I had - like every doctor (psych or other) asks before they even ask for your name! His first question... "Why do (I) need a psychiatrist?" I have so much respect for him from the get-go, and he's NEVER disappointed me. I couldn't thank him enough for all the help - for being there during the ups and downs (literally and figuratively). Thank you, Dr Patel, for all you've done and given to me over these dozen years!
I have been under the care of Dr. Patel a couple years. He is a good Doctor and I would highly recommend his services. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in his profession and has made a positive change.
Great experience with Dr. Patel. very thorough and caring and individualized care for the patient and the family.
great experience . This doctor really pays attention.
I have been seeing Dr. Patel for several years. He is a competent, knowledgeable, caring physician.
Great doctor answered all of my questions and helped me deal with my issues.
First let me state I am NOT a patient. I did attempt to be a patient, though. In looking for doctors who may help with my anxiety and depression I called Dr. Patel today. When (I do believe it was the doctor himself) he answered the phone I asked if he was taking new patients and if so, I'd like to inquire about making an appointment. I was very CURTLY told "I have nothing for new patients for 2 weeks, call back in 2 weeks" CLICK. Good thing I didn't have suicidal tendencies I needed help with!
He actually took the time with me before giving any medication unlike another Dr. I had been to. I was also surprised when he called himself to see how I was and he calls before each apt. to remind me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
