I was delegated to see Dr. Peller because his colleague was no loner accepting my insurance. He was knowledgeable about heart issues ,but knows nothing about Hashimoto's thyroid disease he dismissed me when I told him that I have Hashimoto's and the symptoms that I am experiencing all stem from my thyroid issue. He totally ignored the fact that I have a thyroid and that it is not functioning properly, he also told me my cholesterol was terrible. I continued to tell him that the issues I am dealing with are not a genetic component, and he kept stating it was. It is not a good feeling to be totally dismissed.
TERRIBLE - disrespectful, judgmental, uninformative and unhelpful - DISAPPOINTED... don't bother!!!!! Staff was stand offish as well - what a waste of an appointment for someone who really needed to see him!
Great Doctor. Very blunt and honest, will tell you the truth (whether you like it or not) so you can make the best decisions in your health care. I have been going to him for years (two open heart surgeries). He really cares about giving you the best care possible, and has the knowledge to give it to you. Feel fortunate if you have him watching over you.
Showed up for my appointment 12:00pm at 12:03 (was helping an elderly lady open a door and get in and out of the elevator) and was informed that I was “late” and the doctor had already left for the day. They asked if I wanted to reschedule (and miss more time from work). Said absolutely not. I will find someone more customer service protected.
Dr. Pellet gave me a thorough new patient exam and explained my condition so that I understood all procedures. I feel extremely thankful to have found such a caring physician. The staff is amazing and actually answers the phone when you call. So many doctors send you to voice mail these days. I’m thankful to have found this practice.
He was the rudest and least caring doctor I have ever visited. Took months of calling his office for my test results. Finally got a voice mail saying they were fine. What does that mean? If you want someone who cares about you as a person find someone else. The med student shadowing him apologized to me for his behavior. Lol. I would rather have a doctor who behaves professionally.
knows what he is doing
I went there for a physical. He did not make it, it was done by the assistant (Deby if I am not mistaken). 1st , I was told not to complain about anything because it was a preventive one and I could not say anything that would be taken as diagnostic. Then, while in the EKG performed by another girl that was very sweet, people knocked and knocked at the door looking for things and machines. After that, Deby came and just listened to my lungs. That was all the physical. In previous years, with my previous doctor who unfortunately retired, I used to discuss my medications, check my thyroid and check some complaints. I do have a PPO. I wonder if it is worse with an HMO. Just wonder!! Very soon after this, I received a phone call telling me to take vitamins and go there to check my thyroid and vitamin levels. Of course, I would have had to pay for that visit!!! Commerce!!!
Hard to say what his bedside manner or time spent because I had a stress test in his office and never once did he check on me or even say hello! I was told that it is not proper medicine for a doctor not to be in the room when a stress test is being given, I never even saw him in the building that day. Not good............
very knowledgeable. able to diagnose and treat with the best

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
