My Kids went here for 2 years and the front desk lady on the phone was very rude to me because i wanted to reschedule an appointment for my kids all because my child was sick

The only reason I gave them a 1 star was because the front desk is amazing. I brought my son there who was 2 at the time and the dental staff did not make him feel comfortable at all or show empathy for a young child. He since developed a fear of dental exams and any help. Never once did the dental staff make or time to show him any compassion. I finally made the decision to switch dental facilities and it was the best choice I ever made. The new facility is so warm and welcoming and makes the little ones feel so comfortable. My son now actually wants to go to the dentist instead of throwing a tantrum he doesn't want to go.

I use to love this place but lately the wait times is ridiculous! Waiting to be seen takes almost 2 hours! They only have orthodontist appointments on Friday so it’s so hard to even get an appointment and then to wait so long just for a 15min appointment is crazy. We have been coming here for 10 years and really hate to write a review like this but for a whole year we have been dealing with this! I dread coming here.

All of our kids enjoy this place. The staff always makes our kids feel comfortable and special. They are very friendly and professional. They take their time to answer all of your questions. I definitely recommend this place.
