It is refreshing to find the genuine care and efforts to meet your needs, that you find at the Aesthetic Dentistry of Plantation. The office personnel is friendly and accommodating. Today Dr. Lama and his assistant aimed to complete my dental work to perfection. I can't praise them enough.

I had an horrible experience a few months ago and went through a lot of pain after a procedure. This office is closed on Fridays, or if it’s open, the doctor is not available. It’s also closed on Saturdays. There’s no one to speak with—when you call, the voicemail doesn’t work, and there’s no way to reach any DR for help. One of the receptionists—not the younger lady—is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and has a terrible attitude. She usually sits at the smaller desk near the doctor’s office ( she is not at the front as soon as you arrive) I don’t understand how someone with such poor people skills was given a front desk role that involves answering calls and dealing with patients.

The facility is still welcoming and clean. The staff members remain very friendly and professional. I met the new Doctor today and he is just as upbeat and enthusiastic as the previous Doctor. I will continue to go to this office.

Dr. Andalib's unfortunate passing left this place with a lack of basic understanding of people's situations in the community he was serving. After explaining that I do not do recreational drugs upon the new doctor's presumption, and being sent on my way with a literal massive gap in my aesthetic and functionality, without even an attempt to help me, even temporarily, I will not be returning.

Since Dr. A tragically passed, I've only seen one other dentist (there) and it wasn't the best experience. But Carolina and Deena are great and I still get my cleanings done at this business. I have high hopes that the new dentist(s) will be there soon. Dr. A set a high standard. Hopefully the torch will be passed along

Ever since the original owner past away, all customer care has gone out the window. After calling to let them know that traffic was extensive, 5pm on a tuesday, and i was literally waiting to turn into the parking lot they let me know their grace period was only 8 minutes and was best to reschedule even after being in front of the clinic 10 mins after my appointment. Tremendous way to lose clients quickly!
