Dr Bass was a great doctor to me while I was pregnant. He always took my concerns about my baby seriously and I really appreciate that. 10/10 Recommend.

Dr. Bass has been my "go to" Ob/Gyn for 19+ years. He is very personable and respectful. Emily, his medical assistant, is always in a warm and positive mood. Dr. Bass delivered my first child when he was with a different group and was quite supportive when I had to have a hysterectomy recently. I trust him to care for my daughters. He is culturally competent and respectful and he is consistently professional. Although his office sometimes has a long waiting period, his experience and reassuring presence is worth the wait.

Dr. Robert Bass and staff are absolutely amazing. A few years ago I was in search for OB-GYN and I don’t regret making the switch from my previous Doctor at all. Dr. Bass is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with care, compassion, and understanding. He speaks to you prior and after all procedures. Making sure that you are comfortable and understand. He actually listens which in my experience was rare. His staff/ Nurse Emily makes you feel welcome and cared for. If you’re looking for an OB-GYN that’s listens and cares I would highly recommend Dr. Robert Bass

Dr Bass you were better off not responding to the review since you had your MA refuse me at my appointment. I will spend my time however I like. Don’t pretend like you care because of my review. I won’t forget you and I’ll make sure you remember me. We NEVER met because you have zero manners and your lowest reviews confirm what I’m saying. So please spend your time actually helping people because you’ll hear from me again.

Dr Bass, is amazing! Not only he has taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor that have personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. He is the best .

Had an appointment with Dr. Bass this past week and as usual for past 4 years Dr. Bass was very thorough during my appointment.

If I could give a zero to his office staff, including the office manager, I would, and if I were hired as a business consultant for his office, I would totally redesign most of his office staff starting with his office manager, whom hung up the phone on me. Dr. Bass is an awesome Ob/Gyn, but the distaste his staff and office manager left me with, I will never forget. His nurse assistant is horrible, never follows up or call with results. Dr. Bass came highly recommended to me, so I changed my Ob/Gyn to him, well received by him during my first visit, great communication and his sense of caring is an A+. The trouble started with my Mammogram results, which led to an abnormal MRI, and I received no support or feedback from his nurse or office in scheduling a biopsy and having breast surgery. No calls from the nurse or him, no communication whatsoever, however, when it was time for my annual visit, I received tones of mail communication reminders, since it involved money. While I love Dr. Bass' care, I have to obtain a new Ob/Gyn because both the doctor and Staff treatment matters. I do not want to be associated with an office that lacks professionalism from the staff to the manager. So, If someone was to ask me for a recommendation, I could never recommend his office while he is an excellent physician. My radiologist begged me not to leave him, she even offered to call him personally and tell him how his office treated me, but I never receive a call from him after leaving him many messages, which I doubt he received. One of my worst experience with an office, but Dr. Bass was excellent. His manager should be fired and his staff reprimanded for being so unprofessional. I will take my chances with another physician and office who will treat me with care and respect. I pray Dr. Bass sees this message.
