Lately ERs have been swamped and totally back logged. The doctor took me aside and took time to explain to me what was going on. He apologized that everything was taking so long, and really seemed to care about what I came there for. Explained everything thoroughly and then got me home after explaining that I could stay if I wanted to. He got me out of the hell of the waiting room and for that I'm thankful!

Young doctor but very knowledgeable. Really spent time explaining my entire disease to me and sent me home with instructions for what to do next. Made the whole process less anxious.

An emergency room visit is never pleasant, however I was treated well and the Dr. explained things very thoroughly and explained my symptoms and what I should expect very properly. Dr. Viviano went the extra step for me for some medication issues I was having issues with.

Awful. Seriously don't know who this guy thinks he is. Very rude and extra arrogant. Just very cavalier and dismissive with folks in the emergency room in Miami. He should not be clinician. Medicine is not for him. I am very angry with my encounter with him in the ER. He didn't even address my HBP, but had some clownish things to say to me. I will be contacting the hospital.

Horrible communication skills. It was as if he was trying to be like Freddie Highmore's The Good Doctor. I don't feel that he's in healthcare because he wants to help people. In it in the money. Vapid. Shallow.

Visited ER on 3/21/19 for HBP. Initial BP was 205/110 resulting in very bad headache and blurred vision due to pressure. Initial contacts ordered blood work and gave tablet then sent me to ER Dr Robert Viviano. Dr. Viviano entered saying BP is a "silent killer". No pain associated with it. My headache was unrelated. Unless I was having a heart attack, a stroke, kidney failure or liver failure...I should not be there. He refused to treat HBP. He lied in his report which can be proven by TSH.

Dr. Viviano is an amazing doctor. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand and treated me respect and care. I would definitely recommend.
