My regular orthopedic did not handle workman’s comp so I went to Dr Baylis. Everyone on the staff is great and the doctor is attentive and knowledgeable. Feel good about the upcoming tendon surgery and will use Dr Baylis for all my future needs. 👍

Very patient staff and doctor explained step by step of status of injury and treatment, in my case surgery. The team made me feel very comfortable moving forward with procedures. The office staff take care of all paperwork in a timely manner and you are seen on time for appointments. Wish I could make them my primary doctor. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through but Dr. Robert Baylis and staff made it one of the easiest. Great job.

I am very satisfied with my care by Dr. Baylis. I fractured my knee falling at home last October. The orthopedic doctor at the hospital did not recommend for me to have surgery, only rehab and a weight bearing brace. Upon release from the rehabilitation facility, while attempting to make an appointment with the orthopedic doctor from the hospital, I found out that he did not take my health insurance. I then found Dr. Baylis who is in network with my health insurance. From the very first telephone contact I was pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Upon arrival for my first appointment, everyone there was so nice and efficient. The woman who took X-rays was very kind and patient with me because I was in pain while getting on the x-ray table and had to move slowly. Then before seeing the doctor, the assistant was also very nice. Then meeting the doctor was a pleasure and I immediately felt at ease. Last step, checking out and making the next appointment was also a pleasure. EVERYONE in this office exceeded my expectations. I am so happy to have found this wonderful doctor.

Dr. Baylis did my rotator cuff surgery and he did an amazing job! I have tattoos and Dr. Baylis made sure not to ruin it. I thought that was very thoughtful. Dr. Baylis and his PA Andy are very nice to work with. I would totally recommend Dr. Baylis for your shoulder surgery anytime. Dr. Baylis has very nice bedside manor. I will go to Dr. Baylis for my next shoulder surgery if needed. The office staff is also great.

i was sent to dr. baylis by sedgwick due to an injury at work. he didn’t appear to be concerned about my injury or my entire well being. his main focus was ensuring i would return to work as quickly as possible. he is a contracted doctor with sedgwick/worker’s comp, therefore his main focus is processing patients as quickly as possible, so he can collect his $$$$$$$ from sedgwick. if you are sent to him by sedgwick or any other worker’s comp affiliate, please request a second opinion.

A sum-ball of a doctor, sent my workman's comp insurance a 2k bill for an office visit when he did not even do an exam, never looked at my arm or hand!! never did a thing

Doc Baylis and the entire team are fantastic! Very knowledgeable and skilled. Responsive and professional group of people in that office. Did a great job educating me as a patient. No concern or question was too small. Surgery went smooth and recovery going well. I hope you dont need surgical intervention for your injury but if you do, go to the best. The entire team is fantastic
