I waited about 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment and got charged $1,562. I strongly recommend finding another doctor.

I WAS REFERRED TO DR. ROY CASIANO FOR A CYST INFECTION IN MAXILLARY SINUS. UPON INITIAL VISIT I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE CYST REMOVED. I THEN HAD SURGERY AND EXPECTED A GREAT OUTCOME. UNFORTUNATELY 3 MONTHS POST OP, I COMPLAINED OF THE USUAL SYMPTOMS ( FACIAL PAIN, FOUL ODOR, POST NASAL DRIP. I WAS THEN GIVEN AN ENDOSCOPY WHERE I WAS SHOWN WHERE PUS WAS REMOVED SO I BELIEVED ALL WAS GOOD. 4 MONTHS POST OP, I VISITED A DENTIST FOR A TOOTH THAT I WANTED REPAIRED. UPON GETTING A CT SCAN I WAS TOLD I HAVE A CYST AND IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE AN IMPLANT PLACED UNTIL CYST WAS REMOVED FROM MAXILLARY SINUS WHICH IS RIGHT ABOVE MY PRE-MOLAR. UNFORTUNATELY DR CASIANO DID NOT REMOVE THE CYST IN ITS ENTIRETY AND DISREGARDED MY CONTINUOUS SYMPTOMS. I NOW AM IN SEARCH OF AN ENT WHO CAN REMOVE THIS INFECTION SO I CAN HAVE A DENTAL IMPLANT PROCEDURE DONE.

Dr. Casiano saw me after another doctor caused nose bleeds for 2 months. Within one visit, Dr. Casiano and his staff knew exactly what to do and stopped the bleeding! He used the correct technology and performed a cauterization that worked after the other doctor failed! I would recommend Dr. Casiano to anyone who asks me! The staff was courteous and empathetic. I was fit into his schedule as an emergency to stop the bleeding! Great doctor and a great team! Thank you Dr. Casiano!

This doctor has a very nasty bedside manner. He feels as if he is doing your a favor being a patient of his. He does not talk to you in any manner of what to expect be it good, bad or indifferent. I had sinus surgery in 2008 and 2009 and told me that my sense of smell would return. Not might return, which it still have not returned at all. I did not expect to have my sense of smell disappear ...

I have been under Dr. Casiano's care for approximately 3 weeks. I have to say he has been top notch and most likely saved my life. His urgency, directness but true care has been much appreciated to me and my family. I see why he is an expert in his field! Thank you Dr. Casiano!

As a physician (for 30 years) seeing this doctor for the first time I was absolutely appalled. I would never go back to this guy in a million years. He walked in the room, had virtually no eye contact, no introduction and mumbled "what's your problem". I explained to him that I have had recurring sinusitis and need a solution. He said "How do you know you have sinusitis? in a very demeaning way. I told him I am a physician and he said "I know you're a physician but that doesn't mean you have sinusitis". He totally discounted the ENT visits I had previously had who indicated I needed specialized sinus care. Then the crowning blow came when he shoved a nasopharyngoscope up my nose without any spray anesthesia. The visit lasted a total of 10 mins or less and he billed my insurance hundreds of dollars for literally NOTHING. He has quite an ego to say the least and I would never allow this man to touch me again.

Dr. Casiano operated on me 10 years ago. This was my 3rd op for nasal polyups. He cleaned out scar tissue, adjusted some turbinates, and removed polyups. My sense of smell & taste returned in about 10 days. I think he's the best in the business.

Dr Casiano treated my vocal cords condition of Spasmodic Dysphonia from 2008 when I was diagnosed up until 2014-2015. At that time I moved to the west coast and was able to another Proffesor & ENT in Tampa. To me, Dr Casiano along with Dr Donna Lundy, Speech Pathologist are the best in the field. I would give them, , 10 Stars for their fantastic service for patients in need. My condition is overwhelming to manage and with their treatment the patient can speak again for a while since this is Neurological and currently has no cure. Thank you Dr Casiano and Dr Lundy ????

He gave a good plan for our condition. Plus I liked that he was able to send an over the counter medication to the pharmacy. Helped save $50.

******* do not go see this doctor **** you will regret it forever. He is the worse he does it for the money I had surgery with him because my neurosurgeon thinks he is the best but he is not this men will hurt you and don't care! Please do not go to this doctor! It's very important that you and everybody reads this.
