Ruchika Gadh's Online Review Report Card

Ruchika Gadh doctor might be ok but her staff members are simply irresponsible, unaccountable, really don’t care about their patients. I never wrote any thing bad ever for anything like this. Her staff members doesn’t take any calls seriously. Doctors at this facility should definitely know what their staff members are doing..

The services that I receive from Dr Ruchika Gadh is excellent. Dr. Ruchika and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I have been coming here for years . I’ve only really been going for check ups. Well I called today 9:45 AM in the morning December 26, to see if I can go in because I am sick they said sorry we don’t have an appointment until next week. I understand they may have a busy schedule but 1 more person for a sick visit . Patient going there for years .Needless to say I’m looking for another doctor for next year.

I been their patient for about 4 year or soAt the beginning I was seeing by the wife (both are husband and wife ) which she was fine and understandableIn the last year or two every time I came the husband see me - it was not easy to understand his English and he was not pleasant to talk with.Today I had a very bad viral symptoms (start yesterday afternoon) , my wife call the office to make an appointment but they say that they can’t see me today (what is the point to have a primary care physician that cannot see you when you’re sick and ask you to go to the urgent care instead).It happened to me in the past when we called to make an appointment but when I go to the office they were able to squeeze me in sometime.Today I did a same ,I went to the office at 11:30am, The receptionist took my name and asked me to seat and wait, few minutes after an office manager (I believe that’s is her title) Came and told me Did the going to lunch at 12:00pm and they can take me in at 2:30pmI told them that I am Seek and can’t be out for 3 hour , I ask them why when my wife call this morning they did not tell her 2:30pm like they told me so I don’t have to wait 3 hour and they say “we don’t know who she talk too” , I ask her to wait , I call my wife and when she answer I open the receptionist window to let them talk to my wife then The Office manager and THE DOCTOR HIMSELF CAME OUT AND TOLD ME THAT “IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO SHE TALK WITH” , the doctor was mad that I open the window to let them talk to my wife and he trait me that he will call security.I look at him shocked and told him that “it is a shame how do you Treat your patient” and I left the office .Few second pass and I try to walk in the office and they locked it. It was 11:53pm and the sign on their door show lunch break at 12:00pmI knock on the door for an hour until they unlock it , I ask for my medical records (and they gave it to me) because this will be the last time I will step at this officeI will never accept a doctor that treats his patients like Dr Gadh (the husband not the wife), he have no manners and doesn’t know how to communicate with peoples.The time that he argue with me could be use to see me and write me a medicine instate of tell me to wait 3 hoursThe office manager also Was very rude and not polite at all - I WILL NEVEF RECOMEND ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE !!!I went tho the regent care next to my home in within 10 minutes I left the place with all why I was needed and left with a smile (Not like in Dr Gadh Office)

I saw Dr. Ruchika Gadh multiple times and shes very considerate and listens to patient concerns. I didnt feel like I was being rushed out the door like other doctors offices. She made time to answer my questions and was friendly and professional. Best doctor Ive been to in a long time. Was devastated Id be moving and no longer able to come here.

Came today for my annual checkup. This office is beautiful. The staff is friendly and Dr. Ruchika Gadh is a kind professional. The wait time was also very good. My appointment time was 9am I only waited about 10 minutes before being called to the back to get started. They offer a allergy test during your annual visit. I was excited to be offered this as Ive never been offered this at any other doctors office. Turns out I do have allergies to certain foods and environmental conditions. Im happy I found this office and look forward to my next annual visit.

This is an update after my last review on this office. I would say I am very satisfied with the attention of the staff and the doctors. I Love my PA Monike is very sweet and after a misunderstanding with the staff she apologized for what happened. Thanks to this office for making it better day by day and listening to the patients concerns

The medical staff at this office is very unprofessional, the dr office needs to give training to his medical staff there unprofessional don’t know how to speak paying patients very rude, and when you ask to speak to a manager she can’t speak English and then tries to talk to you like a child very unprofessional staff in this office !!!!!
