I have been a patient of this practices for many years. In the pat year or two the treatment I have received at this practice has gone downhill. You are not treated as a person by any of the staff, in fact they act as though having to deal with patient issues is a hassle. Although I hate to change dr’s after so many years, I will hopefully find a caring Dr with kind and friendly staff.

Easy and nice

Waste of going to a doctor like him. He just spent 10 mins of his time with me. He was not helpful for me at all. A doctor should listen to the patient problems and answer him accordingly but he didn't respond properly at all. For everything, he told me the he need to do blood work and asked me to come back after blood test. After blood test reports came, someone from office called me and said that everything is normal, doctor don't need you to come to office. I know everything is normal but he should at least talk to me in the next give suggestions. I don't how busy he was, but he should spend time with patients for what we pay and explain the issues. That's what a doctor means.Normally, i don't write reviews, but i am hurt with the behavior. I hope this review will be helpful for future patientsDon't deserve at all !!!!!

BEWARE! Don’t even waste your time!! Will say this the staff is very pleasant. However I will never go to this establishment ever again. The “manager” whoever they are I didn’t get their name and they wouldn’t come out of the back office area, basically tried to scam me. They told me they wouldn’t be performing my blood work, denying me service (I have insurance) if I didn’t pay for blood work out of pocket first. Instead of providing the service and submitting the invoice to the insurance and billing me for whatever they won’t cover after. My insurance company had already told them and myself that this particular visit was covered. The “manager” told staff to tell me there isn’t a PT code for this procedure and wouldn’t be sent over to the insurance company. Which is a lie everything is coded due to billing with insurances, they insisted since it was a certain procedure there wasn’t one and wouldn’t be sent to insurance. Mind you it was routine bloodwork! I paid the money to get seen due to it was a time sensitive issue. Come to find out the office decided to try to double dip and send the claim through to my insurance anyways. It wasn’t even the full write up of what was done that day in the office. When the complaint was filed with the corporate office of associated MD they never even saw the $250 that I paid anywhere being recorded, it disappeared, this was directly from billing. Who knows how many other people they’ve scammed! We have a huge elderly population here in Florida and they might not think to ask! I wouldn’t dare trust an establishment that is double dipping.

Really lame front office, no follow up, no return calls after multiple messages. Have been told if I didn't like it I should find another Doctor. Had to go to Walk-in- clinic to get service. Have been going for a few years, thought it might get better, but NO, it only gets worse. Working on finding a new GP. Stay away if you really need help!!!

Highly unprofessional office. Was looking for a new primary. Will look elsewhere.

I have been with Dr. Gadh for as long as I can remember...years and years. . He is respectful, knowledgeable and concerned about your well being. He will take every step necessary for your health benefit. The staff is wonderful , and I have no hesitation contacting them. At this time both my children , who are grown, see Dr. Gadh.The office is clean , very comfortable and pleasant . The wait time is usually minimal unless unexpected occurrences. I highly recommend Dr. Gadh.

The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional , speak very rudely to their patients .the office manager can’t speak proper English there is no etiquette in this office, before You can see the dr you have rude people to deal with do yourself a favor and try another dr !

Dr Gadh helped me through a difficult time in my life. He thoroughly understood my condition and was very knowledgeable on a medical treatment plan for me. Thank you Rundeep you’re support
