Sometimes a great Doctor has a not so good staff which causes you to seek another doctor. This staff they are awesome! Very professional and humorous at the same time they make the patient feel very welcome. I see a pay increase. ;)

After speaking to Dr Alex I feel a lot more at ease, I hope his remedies work well. So far not good, medicine doc asst. is poor, I don't enjoy taking it, pains. I still have not met the Dr. that will be actually doing my coloscopy, would be nice to actually see him instead. Well since my last writing I have been to have a colonoscopy by Dr singh, who by the way I have never actually met. As it turned out I had some rash and they couldn't do it even though I prepped. Piss me off but back at the doctor yesterday, Dr Alex convinces me to get a colonoscopy again or for the first time, in september. I'll write back then so far so good. Original medicine seems to be working now and I am very regular you will like to hear. Bye for now. Good doctor by the way I just want to put that in there. I don't know about recommending doctors because then their offices get swamped but this is a good doctor's office to visit, Dr Singh and Dr Alex are great. Ok Oct. 3,'23. Had the colonoscopy and Dr Singh found nothing, good news. Dr Alex is treating me for a rare pancreas problem and not only did he diagnose it but he was able to correct it. I am very pleased with this doctor's office. A big thumbs up. 🙂

Great first impressions! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, very organized, and most of all caring. I’ve got more testing to do but the doctor heard all my symptoms, concerns, and gave me plenty of opportunities throughout the appointment to ask more questions.

My experience was excellent, no long waiting period, the staff was kind and courteous as always. Alex was very knowledgeable about the problems I was experiencing, and he took time to explain to me what I should do to help make my problems better. I have no problem with that office.

My appointment was at 10:45 but I arrive around 9:40 I was signing in and the receptionist said come on in Mrs Nadine which made me smile her and APRN -Cochran took great care of me he explained what my test results were and the best plan to treat, I would recommend others if they need a gastro doctor.👍🏾👍🏾
