This physician is hailed for her knowledge and breakthroughs in the field of medicine but let me share with you a few things. When she is questioned or you would like to speak your mind and openly have a dialogue with her she is a pitbull who tries to over talk you and silence you. In the beginning she will show the most incredible support and as time goes on she will push you off to her fellows and PA’s. If you need to see other specialists she will monitor you closely at first then tier off and show no interest in you. She won’t make calls to these specialist. She will give you a name and number or tell you to google it then claim she told you exactly what to do. She literally believes her own lies and will never admit she is wrong under any circumstance. I truly respected her For many months and then started seeing directly through her. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this doctor as a human being. I hope these words actually make and impact so she can change her ways.

I'm giving 1 star because there is no way to give less. This is the worst medical office ever. The staff doesn't care the patient. they never return your call. Don't waste your time going to this office. Dr. Fatteh is not the only one in the south Florida. There are others doctor and for sure, others better than her and her staff.

I'm disappointed. I found Dr. Fatteh herself to be a good doctor and a nice person. She is certainly overbooked with little time to spend with patients and you definitely feel rushed. I've had to wait over 2 hours to see her WITH an appointment. This, however, is not why I'm giving 1 star. Over the course of the pandemic, I have sent emails and left voice messages, none of which were returned. My daughter requires an EpiPen which was on the brink of expiration (we still had two months). I was under the impression that she had one refill left (that's on me). In this 2 months, however, the pharmacy called numerous times, I called numerous times, and NO ONE returned my call or the pharmacy's calls. I FINALLY called and got someone on the phone a little before Thanksgiving. Then I was told that she could not have a refill (ON AN EPIPEN) because she had not been seen in a year (8 months of that having been in a pandemic and I never received any notification that we were due for a check-up) I would need to make an appointment, but would need a new referral due to my insurance. This is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving... Fast forward, what... 4 days? My daughter's last couple of EpiPens expire today and this could have all been avoided (or at least taken care of TWO MONTHS AGO). I also find it ridiculous that you'd let a child go through a nut-filled holiday without an EpiPen (obviously I protect my child, but it just seems cruel and irresponsible).

She is one of the Best Doctors I have ever visited. After many years of dealing with allergies she was able to help me get rid of them. It is important to follow up with the treatment though it can be lengthy it is completely worth it.

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. Dr. Fatteh is wonderful, you can tell she does her homework and keeps up with the medical literature. I came in suffering from allergies on a daily basis and she had me tested and recommended shots. I've been going in for shots for over a year now. The staff has always been extremely friendly to me. Yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait for appointments but when have you ever gone into any doctor's office and not had to wait? I bring my laptop and get work done while I wait for my shots and wait the recommended 30 min afterward. I highly recommend Dr. Fatteh!

Never ever use this Dr. The most unprofessional, rude and uncaring "healthcare" provider I've EVER encountered.Not prepared, kept putting me off, called night before testing with a story about how they'd told me I had to supply the meds I was going to be tested for. On confronting her, she was beyond rude and told me to find another allergist.

To bad I can't give her -star's!!!THIS IS THE WORST OFFICE AND PEOPLE EVER ! THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONES WELL BEING, I WAS AN EMPLOYEE THERE AND I WAS HIRED TO BE A MANAGER . KNOWING VERY WELL I WAS NOT EXPERIENCED. I WAS PROMISED TRAINING.... I LEFT MY PREVIOUS JOB JUST BASED ON THIS PROMISE JOKES ON ME! SHE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE A TWO DAY CHANCE TO BE PART OF HER TEAM. WHILE THERE, PICKING UP PHONES AND WATCHING THE STAFF THEY CARE 0% ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK YA RIGHT!!! AND TELEHEALTH DON'T EXPECT A CALL BACK IN THIS LIFE TIME SHE OVER BOOKS,THEN DOESN'T CALL YOU BACK IN A WEEK, AND CHARGES YOUR COPAY!!!! THEY HAVE OVER 18 PEOPLE WALKING IN AND OUT OF THE OFFICE EVEN THROUGH THIS PANDEMIC!!! NO HEART AT ALL....
