HORRIBLE experience! Zero Customer service! Stay away from this place! Incompetent front desk personnel, specifically Amy. I called her and explained I was having an issue getting a root canal procedure done at Smile Design Margate, which also is horrible, due to the fact that only one dentist in Margate could perform the root canal. That dentist was out with shoulder issues and I was In pain. Amy had me come into the Plantation office. She said that the dentist there would perform an exam to see if I infactt needed a root canal and later in the evening the Endodontist would come in and he would for sure be able to perform the root canal. Well, for starters she gave me the wrong address to the Plantation office, was suppose to request Xrays from the Margate office, never did that until I got to the appointment in Plantation, once I am sitting in the chair Xrays needed to be taken because the Xrays never came from Margate. The doctor didn't need to perform any exams, basically look at the Xray image and said, I need a root canal. Then another girl came in to tell me the Endodontist does not accept ANY insurance and it would cost me $1,600 out of pocket. Meanwhile, Amy took off. Now, I am in pain and basically drove over there for NOTHING. Then, I am annoyed, and they all look at you like your NUTS! Smile Design just lost mine and my husband's business.

It’s a wonderful dentist’s office with very friendly staff and a lot of positive energy. I feel like I have known everyone there for years and they truly make you feel comfortable. Their services are excellent and thorough. The dentists are very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

the lady who cleaned my teeth was a little rude she also didn't thoroughly clean my teeth he barley polished them ive gotten better teeth cleaning else wear wouldn’t recommend 3/10

I needed a tooth extraction ,so I checked my dental insurance and see that extractions are covered at one hundred percent, so I make an appointment with them, after the dentist come the billing department and told me that my extraction is not covered and need to pay more than five hundred dollars, I refused to pay and went to call my insurance, they made a three way phone call and told them everything is covered on my extraction, after that the dental office called me and ask me to came back, only to force me to pay one hundred seventy nine dollars for the extraction. I paid because I was in pain, but you feel abused when your insurance says everything is covered with cero deductible, but they refuse to honor their part of the agreement and force you to pay just because they can.
