If I could give less than one star to this office and the office manager Leslie, I would. I was referred to the office by my podiatrist after I suffered a painful vascular traumatic injury! First they made me wait 2 days to verify my insurance then two weeks for an appointment! The day before the appointment they called me to confirm I confirmed tell him that I had been not feeling well and had pain in the foot however I would be fine for that appointment and if I needed to cancel would let them know that next morning. The office manager Leslie proceeded to call me repeatedly throughout the afternoon telling me that if I was sick they didn't want me coming into the office she woke me up from a nap to leaving voicemails and after two phone calls waking me up from a nap I finally relented to be nice & reschedule . I woke up this morning and realized what had happenedI was perfectly feeling fine to go into the doctor except for the extreme pain that I had in my foot which is where I needed the consultation for! and I realized what had happened! Her persistence to bump me from the schedule was because my insurance doesn't pay enough! This practice is only interested in patients who pay the highest dollar getting priority for appointments.! Leslie strong-armed me out of my appointment stating that I was sick when I was not! There is a reason why I'm going for a vascular consultation it's not because I'm a well person it's because I have a vascular issue... to why would the office even be in practice if it didn't see patients that weren't well her logic doesn't make any sense because what is the practice for is to care for patients that aren't well. She said if I didn't reschedule she would charge me extra....without consideration or care about my suffering. When I called them this morning were completely insensitive & combative refusing to put me back on the schedule for the appointment that I had waited for & confirmed the day before. She was downright nasty in her demeanor throwing me into an angry hypertensive state by confounding my efforts to be evaluated. This making my condition worse! Don't bother with this office! You would probably not be given proper respect/end up exasperated exacerbating your condition . They only want money! As well what would be wrong with wearing a mask to the office or having me where a mask if they had any doubt about my state of health? Leslie said that she didn't want me coming to the office if I felt sick I told her that the week before I had felt ill but went to my primary that now I felt fine. So don't we wear masks anymore? At least I was honest & tried to be patient...I would have had no problem wearing a mask. Most likely I would have done so for my own protection and what about all those patients who don't say anything about how they have been.... Why would I be going to a vascular surgeon anyway if I was doing well? Vascular issues are not contagious to my knowledge so this is questionable. Definitely financially motivated mistreatment. My insurance does not pay enough apparently. Three a reason why they call us "patients." Need lots of patience ..
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend going to any of their locations. Calling the office to get someone is virtually impossible. Once you set up an appointment, they want to take payment over the phone, even before seeing anyone at this practice. 🚩 When they call you, they'll leave a message to call back. Today I called 3 times, during the day, while at work.🚩🚩 Each time, I spent at least 15 mins trying to get the person that called me on the phone and each time an operator would take my number because the person wasn't available. 🚩🚩🚩It would be nice if they left a number with an extension to call back, however, all they ever leave on my voicemail is the main line where an operator who's working from home answers. 🚩🚩🚩🚩 I DO NOT RECOMMEND SOUTH FLORIDA VASCULAR
I went there for a second opinion and I am very happy I did. This is an awesome office and the people working there are very professional. I am very grateful for Anissa's examination. She was knowledgeable and honest. If I had not had this second opinion, I would have gone through unnecessary surgery at the moment. I highly recommend this office. Thank you, Dr. Julien and staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
