It was not good. I waited 1 hr & 45 minutes. There is virtually 1 other person that does all things including answering the phone, a receptionist, setting appointments, assisting the dr., sweeping the floor and cleaning the bathroom untill Dr. Kumar needs her in a room with a patient. I am well familiar with doctors appointments having undergone 2 cancer surgeries and a open heart quadruple by pass. This guy has no respect for his patients. Makes me wonder if he would be there when needed. I will find another Dr.

I do not recommend this doctor. He was not knowledgeable about my illness and spent very little time trying to figure out what was happening with me.

I'm shocked at what a bad doctor he is. He didn't even review my films that I'd been asked to bring. There are many other pulmonologists in the area, so I will not be returning to this one! He didn't do a thorough history of my lung disease. Very disappointing.

very unprofessional! he used his iPhone flashlight to look down my throat and could not read my CT scans. the receptionist scheduled my next appt. on a wednesday in Plantation after driving almost a half hour she then proceeds to tell me that he only works at that office on Tuesdays and this was a computer glitch!!

very unprofessional doctor and staff! i found it strange that Dr. Kumar used his iPhone flashlight to look down my throat, spent about 5 minutes with me and did not know how to read my CT scans. the receptionist then scheduled my next appt. with him in the Plantation office on a Wednesday only to drive there wait for them to get back from lunch and come to find out that the doctor is not in that office on wednesday. She proceeded to tell me that there was a glitch in the computer this was cause for error but i knew this was an excuse, he is only at the Plantation office on Tuesdays.

He's failed his pulmonary boards over and over. I can't understand why the hospital allows him to work there. My primary care doctor consulted him when I was admitted to the hospital, and he was really incompetent. He has horrible bedside manner. When I was discharged from the hospital, I started asking around, and that's when I found out that he can't even get boarded in pulmonary medicine. Horrible. Stay away from this guy.
