Dr. Tony Dixon is clearly a Dr that cares about his patients. I really like him. I now am really afraid of Humania I am with another insurance now and cannot have him.

Very wonderful place, everything the Dr is magnificent, efficient, caring, patient . name it all just professional. The workers are polite. The place is always clean feels comfortable. No complain whatsoever. Love it all

Terrible customer service. They never get back to you about anything. You have to call a million times just to get an answer. If you get someone they put you on extended long hold times. I got hung up on trying to ask a question. Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone. Better off going to a damn clinic in another country. The doctor I saw was nice but the staff is horrible!

The office staff at this particular location is among the worst I have encountered. Specifically the receptionist Jeanette. I called to reschedule an appointment, I was transferred to another extension & then hung up on. I proceeded to call back, only to be told (for the 3rd time) that she would have to call me back (very rudely might I add). Needless to say she never called back. Every encounter I have had with the Jeanette has been unpleasant. I am going to inform the doctor again, however I don't think it will change anything.
