Terrible customer service. I had a colonoscopy procedure scheduled for tomorrow but there was an issue with the insurance and I already had payed my procedure. I called to show my reference number and prove it was payed and a lady named Angel told me she could not help me because her boss would not allow them to continue if there was no payment. She was very ignorant and rude towards what I was explaining and she did not help me or look up my reference number. This is very unprofessional and the first part of my procedure had already started so now I have no appointment and a procedure half done. I strongly advise for them to fix their customer service and be fair towards patients .

Amazing and smoothe experience! Dr. Dabul is phenomenal and very thorough. I was extremely nervous about the whole process of having an endoscopy and colonoscopy but I can say I am very happy with procedure. The first thing I look for when walking in is cleanliness and it definitely was! The staff....each and everyone of them were so kind and great at their jobs especially my RN Melissa! Overall I would definitely go there again if needed.

I had my Meniscus repaired 8/25/21. From my first encounter with the receptionist to the post op team, they were wonderful and very caring. I felt that genuine interest shown to me. If I could give a >5 Star rating I definitely would. Excellent team! I highly recommend them to the most picky and individuals. I am sure they will be pleased as well!

Absolutely great place. Free parking, easy registration, fantastic professional happy nurses and staff, the best doctors and anesthesiologists! Kind and humorous and comfortable. Put you right at ease- no stress or anxiety! Wish all my procedures had been there! THANK U SO MUCH!!

My experience here and at other facilities has always been superb. The communication was good, the personell friendly from reception to nurses and anesthesiologists. Highly recommended. I think they go way beyond making sure nothing is left to chance.

Terrible place to have surgery. They care about one thing and one thing only…. Money$$$$$$.

I had a MyoSure procedure here yesterday, with my amazing OB/GYN doctor (Dr. Jaime Mercado) and everything was wonderful! When I got here was blown away. The entire staff is incredible friendly and welcoming. Absolutely everybody was nice, professional and kind! Special thanks to the registration ladies who put me at ease with their beautiful smiles right away, very grateful with Jeremy Mendez - the best nurse anesthetist ever, Bonnie, the 2 Debbies, Maria Chow, the gorgeous anesthesiologist doctor who took care of me (unfortunately I don’t remember her name… she looks like a model). I apologize if I left anyone out but ALL were awesome! They explained the procedure and gave me a great summary of what I need to do when I return home. Excellent patient care, I highly recommend them!!!

I had my surgery scheduled for 11/19/2020 with Dr.Shock at this center and when I say my experience was amazing. From the front desk to the wonderful nurses in the back to the amazing anesthesiologist. They all verified my procedure went through proper protocols to ensure my safety. They made sure I had everything I needed for post op care and instructions. They made sure I was comfortable. They were so welcoming. Loved my overall experience. I wish I remembered the names but I was the last patient to leave that day. Shoutout to you wonderful nurses, anesthesiologist and staff. Your kindness and professionalism truly makes a difference 💕

I had surgery done yesterday and it was my first time ever having a procedure done and i thank God for all the people that he put in my path to help take care of me at this center. Everyone i encountered from the moment i got there to the moment i left, were all amazingly sweet/caring. Bonnie the nurse is amazing and so attentive! As well as the guy who does the anesthesia, he was super cool and told me everything that was happening as well as introducing me to everyone who was entering the operation room to help me not be confused about anything. The only thing i would change about this place is to have a form of payment plans and not have to pay a whole lot of money right up front. Aside from that, all the employees made this terrible situation more enjoyable and i appreciate every single one of them!
