Uhealth At Plantation's Online Review Report Card

I need to update my review from a year ago. BEWARE of this place. I said in my original review that they upcharge without telling the patient. Over a year later I find out they billed the office visit with the questionable ear cleaning by the nurse practitioner that I described in my earlier review as an outpatient surgical procedure for almost $1500!!!

You don't have doctors here what you have is a bunch of animals. They do not listen to their patients at all steer clear.

I had an appointment for 8:10am, and got a text message advising that I arrive 30 minutes early. I got there around 7:40am or so and was all checked in by 7:46am because I had filled out all the forms online weeks before my appointment. I was in the main lobby at least 30 minutes before the guy at reception came by and asked if I had been seen yet. A nurse then came out, took me to a room for vitals and then took me to another room to wait for the doctor, who she said would be in shortly. Well by 9am NO ONE had come to see me and I was fed up. I took off my wristband and walked out. My time is valuable also. Dont ask people to be early for appointments if you cant honor your own scheduling. Dont waste your time, find care somewhere else.

Horrible experience!! I prepared for my visit as asked. I filled out everything online as asked of me ahead of time (medical history, medications, etc) and arrived early for my appointment as asked. The nurse who roomed me then proceeded to re-ask and SLOWLY enter each piece of the information I already put into the system, claiming the system didn’t put in what I had entered in mychart already. She was also rude. After my time with her I then waited for an hour and fifteen minutes without seeing a doctor. So I left and no one apologized, seemed to care, or offered to reschedule me. Absolutely horrible experience and a waste of my time. I felt like a cow waiting to go to slaughter. Luckily I escaped.

Great medical staff but poorly trained billing staff. This is typical now in modern medicine. Yes, our system is broken. We know it. The doctors know it. The patients know it. As I have warned hospital administrators, the path to socialized medicine is being paved by an army of angry patients, aka consumers. Gen-Z will embrace it. And yes, love it, hate it or ignore it, Gen-Z will soon run our Country.

Mi opinión en la universidad de Miami Plantation al Doctor Jorge A Infante Radiólogo y su equipo muy profesionales me hizo biopsia procedimiento muy doloroso pero con el fue fantástico nada de dolor de traumatismo en el lugar gracias mil doctor por tener la capacidad y la inteligencia de llevar con éxito esa prueba gracias por existir médicos dedicado a sus pacientes te doy 100 puntos eres un gran médico.

Great, fast service to see a primary care, gyn and opthalmologist (Bascolm Palmer) in three different occasions. It has always been in and out for me with a minimal wait time (better than the clinics in Miami). This location is imaculate and all the staff including the valet/mask guy is always professional. My privacy as a patient is always respected and is top priority at the University of Miami. Healthcare is not the fun but I can always expect a thourough visit at this healthcare facility.

I've been coming here for over three years to see a specialist and it's great that the University of Miami Health System has this satellite location so I don't have to travel to Coral Gables, which is about 40 miles south of my home. The level of care I receive here is fantastic. The entire staff is professional, from the point of where one registers, to the nurses, physical therapists and the doctors. All personnel is courteous and professional.

Probably would be better for practice to tell patients before wasting their time that they cannot be scheduled without a referral Went through 2 people and the second person didn't tell me about it until it was time to schedule so there was no point in telling them any of my information. They even tried to get my social! They get 2 stars for being the first person being very polite, the second person seemed more on it? But aparently not enough to not waste my time. Anyone can see that as very irritating
