The worst Rheumatology Office ever!!!!! I love Dr. Santiago but the staff are rude , unprofessional and hung up the phone on me numerous times . They don’t respond back to voicemail messages including the office manager, I have left her messages before as well you will never get a return call back from nobody including your doctor nurse. I’m sooo sick and tired of this office. I never call in or bother no one unless it has something to do with my prior authorization on medication. It’s been two weeks now and my insurance company still waiting on they reply regarding prior authorization. I will be looking for a new doctor but these people do not care about nobody health issues ….

Always has time to explain what your blood works means, explains the "whys" and what the next step should be. Very open to questions and what's to find solutions so you can lead a active live. The most important part of this review is that she cares and one of the best doctors in her field.
