The first time I called for dental appointment I was told that I have to call back on Monday at 8 am I have called 8 times only twice they answered and left me on hold for an hour. So still without appointment.
I have had some good experiences here but today really hurt their rating. I am a patient of a kidney doctor who needs lab work done every 3 months so while it is a bit inconvenient I go through here. They make you set up an appointment with one of their doctors to hand the lab order to then they ok it and set up a lab date. In other words, they add an appointment to get an extra $50 out of you that is not needed... last month I did that appointment and all was well, today I went in to get the lab work done (the same lab work as 3 months ago) and all of a sudden they don't do all of the labs. They don't tell me that ahead of time so I could make an appointment elsewhere they just draw the blood for half the tests and then send me on my way saying that it couldn't all be done. I look at it as they just stole $80 from me by some shady business practice...
I’m honestly surprised by the reviews on here! I’m a patient of DR. Banuchi and since my first appointment with her I’ve felt like she listens, I don’t ever feel rushed and she seriously addresses my concerns and gives me referrals when referrals are needed. The nurses are kind as well. I’ve never waited exceptionally long to be seen though the checkout process is a bit off.
THIS IS A ***PRIVATE*** CLINIC. These CROOKS pass themselves off for a public “Community Health” clinic. They’re NOT.
The lack of attention, time efficiency, and disregard to patient's care that is constantly displayed deems them very unprofessional. On a phone for 30 min or more to schedule an appointment with them is ridiculous to say the least. Giving conflicting information to a patient is wrong on so many levels. This has been my 3rd or 4th experience with this people; I'm retaining new dental service elsewhere and filing complaints. Sheesh.
The WAITING TIME even with an appointment is completelyRIDICULOUS!!!!!
if i could give zero stars i would. the dental hygienist with the last name Ortiz did the post painful cleaning i have ever had and i have health teeth. i would flinch so that he would stop or slow down but he would disregard it and was so rough. flossed so hard its been hours and i cannot eat or chew!!!!!!
The worst place ever would not recommend them to anyone I rather have my teeth rot I’m in the dental field there lazy lack customer care iv been calling for 2 months they tell me call Monday iv called every Monday for 2 months they never answer they do it on purpose I tell them when I get them on the phone other then a Monday that they never answer hey say sorry call Monday they don’t even attend for dental emergency this is no real dental office a real dental office is organized perfessional puts patients first they should visit a dental office they can learn a throng or 2 about perfessionalism
My daughter called trying to make an appointment for the two of us, they don't answer at all & when they do the woman she was a total you know what. She was not informative at all. My daughter gave up going to the Dentist.
You are scheduled an appointment yet in the lobby for a good hour or 2 ! No communication what so ever !

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
