Dr. Hidalgo, at Soni Family Practice in Poinciana, is a pleasant, caring, professional. I had to change physicians after being cared for by one for over 30 years! I could not have found a better physician!! Her office staff is friendly and helpful. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First visit as a new patient and the office team shows an Excellent patient care. Courteous and kind attention from reception, nurse, lab technician and attending physician Dr. Isabel Hidalgo.

I was calling to set up an appointment. The worker put me on hold at 4:20pm and proceeded to hang up the phone on me at 4:30pm. I tried calling back and it says they were closed when there operation hours show open until 5pm. Rude service

I received horrible service from a rep called Jasmine. All I have been trying to do is call in regards to my mother’s prescription. She claims it was sent to the pharmacy on a certain date but my parents visited twice to that pharmacy and I called right before contacting the clinic only to be told by the pharmacy that they have nothing for her and they’ve been waiting for an approval from the doctor. I can understand if there is a disconnect between the clinic and the pharmacy but never should a representative speak so rudely to a client.
