I have heard nothing but bad things about how new patients have been treated by this practice. People make appointments & wait months to see this doctor, mostly with debilitating ailments. For the practice to call with hours notice to cancel or reschedule, due to no emergency is Ludacris, not to mention having to wait another 6 months for another appointment!!!. What type of practice does this to patients? Literally disgusting!

The fact that one makes an appointment months in advance for June 4th , and two days before my appointment I get a call stating the doctor is no longer taking new patients in the afternoon and I will have to reschedule is disgusting . The earliest appointment will be November. I think that was unfair ,and if the doctor treats people like this before one sees her ,well you do the math. Good luck to the next sucker that hears great things about this doctor.

Made an appointment for my brother-in-law back in December 2020. First appointment was for 3/4/2021. We scheduled that appointment. A day before his appointment he gets a call saying Dr. Williams will not be able to see him. Next appointment available is 6/2021. This is a disgrace!

Dr. Williams is very attentive, courteous and thorough. She is down to earth and compassionate. I feel very blessed to have her as my new doctor.

Waited 2 months for a May appointment and when arrived was told the doctor was not available, and that next available appointment is in September. No thanks! Complete JOKE!

I scheduled an appointment for my 91 year old brother-in-law back in December 2020. The first available appointment was March 2021. We took that appointment and waited three months. A day before the appointment the doctor office calls and say Dr. Williams will not be in the office that day, and they don't know when she will be back. This is a disgrace. If you don't want new patients then don't make the appointment to start wirh.
