The staff is great but Dr Gupta completely ignores my concerns. Is abrubt bordering on rude often. I have had a recurring cough for a year - 4 times. refuses to treat it but continually wants to send me to other Doctors

Can t make appointment! They keep cancelling all appts I made and now the phone system is on endless loop! Had to call afterhours service for urgent and MD acted annoyed CAN NOT GET through during normal bus hours,!!!! Why????

they don't care about clients. Cant get prescriptions refilled. You could die & they wouldn't care

Staff is great but Dr Gupta is awful. I came to her for a couple things but mostly a mass on the back of my neck. She told me from across the room “not to worry about cancer” ??? I didn’t even mention cancer. After I made her get up and come feel the lump, she told me it was a stress knot and showed me a little stretch. I trusted her because well she’s a doctor. It’s months, almost a year later, the I’m pretty sure this isn’t a stress knot. Not only has it gotten bigger, to the point it affects my chewing, swallowing, and sinuses, there’s now what I think is a cyst (so a smaller lump) on top of the original mass, which has definitely gotten bigger. This is all on the right side of my head and this morning it feels like my right eye is being pushed out of my face. It’s all puffy and swollen underneath my eye, I really hope it goes down. She also sent me to Quest medical diagnostics and it was absolute WORST experience of my life. I’ve lost all faith in the medical community, Wish me luck.

I am forced to find a new primary care. She actually told me to. I have never had this problem with a DR and never left such a poor review. I was advised to do so by other Doctors.

She is nice but not very helpful. She knows nothing about me after 2 years. All she does is refer me to other doctors. I've had a major cough 4 times this year. She refuses to give me anything. I had to go to web now clinic. I'm looking for a new primary. Complete waste of time

I’m glad I found Dr. Gupta. She has helped me keep my numbers in an acceptable range. Keeping me healthy as I grow older.

I love dr Gupta and her staff. She listens to my concerns and treats me like part of the family. The staff is so funny and caring. I couldn't ask for a better doc.

IDr Gupta is very helpful with risk and health screenings. Scheduling, nurses and the office were professional to me.

Nurse Pactioner Marie Latouche is absolutely the worst of the worst when it comes to professionalism, communtication, and practice. She is rude, has no soft skills, and doesn't take your health seriously. I've been going back and forth with her for a month in regards to my medical situation; needing her to see me; complete some paperwork, and nothing has been completed on her end. She questioned my decison to seek medical treatment at West Boca instead of Broward North. I'm so frustrated, and disappointed with her services, and practice. She gets no rating from me.
