Dr. Abdalla is a kind and thorough doctor. She takes the time to speak to me about all my issues. She is very caring as is her staff. I recommend Dr. Abdalla without reservation.

Rude, unprofessional office. They changed my appointments several times without my knowledge and doctor called me "un-compliant". I have seen her 4 times this year. Calls were never returned. When I complained, I was told a letter was sent to me in mail terminating our relationship. Never ever had anyone treat me this way. I will be praying for her patients. Do not see this Doctor. RUN!!!

I am very DISSAPOINTED AT DR Aza Abdalla, she is rude, nasty and unprofessional. She told me that she doesn't want to be my doctor in a terrible way. She cancelled on me many times without even an excuse. She is HORRIBLE.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever seen. I arrived to my first appointment with the Dr. only to be told almost an hour later that my appointment was rescheduled to another date. The office had called me two days prior to confirm the day and I said I would be there. Upon arrival they did not know why my day had been changed and quite honestly did not care either. They felt the least bit of remorse for their error. The office is very tiny and unkempt. Would not recommend

Does not ever return calls, staff does not follow thru onpromised Rx call-ins: either for labwork or to pharmacies, does not provide an alternate Dr when away for extended periods, does not listen to symptom explanation, discounts patients concerns, loses medical files, appointment wait time is an hour or more. Worst experience ever.
