Today was my first visit to Rand Eye Institute and although it was a tough decision to choose the right place, I'm so glad I came here. I noticed a few things that might just help the next person just like me researching for the best possible care to be able to make a sound decision. Dr. David Rand is a true professional!! He was knowledgeable, demonstrated a high degree of medical competency, and genuinely cares for his patients. Even though this practice seems very busy. This Dr. truly goes above & beyond and ensures that the patient understands the overall condition of their eyes. I was impressed (not easy person to impress) at the overall treatment I received at your office today by every single one of your staff members from the initial contact with Dr. Davis, to the techs who performed testing, to the nurses. They were all very friendly, professional, and treated you with respect & warmth. I appreciated your bedside manners & your state of the art treatment.. Its been a while since I have left a review like this, and wouldn't of have left one if I didn't feel that there was a need for everyone to know.. I received excellent service today 😊 Doctors in todays day & age should be more thorough like Dr. Rand from answering questions that concern you all the way to his bed mannerisms. Thank you for helping me trust you for the care of my eyes! I'll be back for my follow-up.
