Horrible, horrible physician and doctors office. Dr Mendendez staff is not competent rude and doesn’t know how to communicate proper with their patients….. Dr Mendendez lied to us on Two occasion. He put my husband in a dangerous risk once when he had Covid and and the second time when he was admitted in the hospital, Dr Mendendez neglected his patients and caused more harm to him .I have found him incompetent.And does not cater to his patients needs but yet it’s only concerned with cattle calls to his office . We’ve had a horrible experience both in the office and outside the office…… Dr Mendendez will tell you something and commit to doing something and will not follow through. He’s not reliable and a man of his word…. One of the more serious issues was when my husband had Covid and was in dire need of a certain medication. And Dr Mendendez stalled and caused more health problems and suffering to his patient and put my family member in a life threatening situation. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR . He is incompetent.. and he certainly does not know how to navigate health for older people. Horrible horrible doctor I do not recommend.

I've seen Dr. Menendez for almost 20 years. He has always been genuinely concerned with my health. On regular visits he takes the time to examine me and explain my current health conditions and after I ask for more detailed answers to any questions I may have. I could not find a more professional doctor than Dr. Menendez.

Dr. MENENDEZ read from his computer a blood result from another patient and said I was okay. He had the office staff print results, the office staff in that office is disorganize. The day before my blood test the office canceled me, they don't help at all .

Dr. Menendez is a very knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. He listens and works to get to the root of the problem. He's not interested in putting a band aid on the problem. He's interested in finding the cause of the problem. He refers to other professionals that he respects to assist him in gathering information and coming to a collective conclusion so treatment is appropriate for the condition. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Menendez is the most professional, caring Board Certified Doctor I have used in seventy years. I made the mistake of using another Doctor recently for one visit and it was terrible so even though Dr. Menendez office is a longer distance I went back.

Dr. Menendez has been my doctor since he began his practice in Pompano Beach. He has to best bedside manner and genuinely demonstrates that he cares for me health.

The office staff are unethical liars with no consideration for your personal time or well-being. I called one month prior to schedule a General Physica & request lab work. I requested to speak with the MA, and Kiana told me she's not available, as always, and that shed let her know to write up the lab work request. A week before my lab work appointment, I called and Maria answered, she said MA wasnt available, and so I asked to confirm whether my lab work request was sent to Quest and she said yes. This morning I go to my 6:30am appointment, and the Quest employees tell me they never received the request. I had to wait till the office opened at 7:30am, and when Maria finally felt like answering the phone, she told me she had refaxed the order so i waited till 8:15am then called back and Maria placed me on hold, and after realizing I wasnt going to give up she got the MA on the phone, and the MA said she never got the message from a month ago, and that this morning the fax was not sent.

My son and I became patients last year after my Dr. of 24 years retired. He is wonderful and caring along with his staff. Especially, to my Autistic son who also has other health issues! He has a wonderful grasp of knowledge. Thank you Dr. Menendez and Staff!

Dr Menendez is an excellent professional The problem at the office is the fax system In the last time is a problem to the office to receive or send fax orders I have been waiting for prescription and refers several times cause the fax doesn`t work properly and have complaining about that several times and been calling in and out to try to solve the existing problem Hope the manager of the office take care of this situation that is happening for a while affecting the services.

Dr. Menendez is a very thorough doctor with heart connected professionalism. He is absolutely excellent in every way as a physician.
