Dr Sue is great. The only complaint I have is that you can’t reach him or his staff in case of an issue. I have been waiting for a call back for more than a week. I called multiple times and left messages, no one call me back.

My wife and I have been a patient for Dr. Sue Diaz for over five years. This past year we have noticed that customer service has changed drastically no answering phones in order to get an appointment. We have to leave work early to make sure we get to the office before they close. Today was one of the days I took my day off from work because I had a 12:30 PM appointment, and when I got to the office, the clerk did not find my appointment she was not helpful at all so now my wife and I all laugh to find a new family doctor.
