I Haven’t been there yet. But let’s give a 5 star to try and build back the ratings. I honestly try not to choose places below 4 star because I rather to get the best service possible. On the other hand, after reading the 1 star review I established that it has nothing to do with his medical skills.

I guess my experience was different from the other reviewer, but wow. Dr. Jean was incredibly understanding and offered me a multitude of solutions and helped me get life-changing medication. That being said, calling the front desk and overall organization of appointments was definitely lacking.

O STARS! This man Dr. Fred Jean is awful. Very disrespectful. Has an attitude every time I or anyone for that matter speaks with him. So much so that when the therapists who would refer me to him(a psychiatrist) are basically hesitant to because they know what he's like to deal with. I don't know why people like him join professions that their ego/personality simply aren't built for. Its one to have an attitude, but to rudely hang up on a patient when they're trying to go over their medication especially after the facility has delayed appointments making me out of medication is beyond me. Don't go here. Find somewhere else. Hell, all the employees who were once there have. They're down to a few people now.
